Refund Policy

If your first paid consultation does not meet expectations, we refund you in full. No quibbling. No long forms. We would rather lose a session fee than a future relationship.

You can request a refund within 24 hours of your consultation if (a) the astrologer disconnected before the session was meaningfully completed, (b) connection quality made the consultation unusable, or (c) you genuinely felt the session did not provide the help you were seeking. Refunds apply to the first consultation per astrologer; subsequent sessions are final once completed.

Email support@livepanditji.com or message us on WhatsApp at +91 72330 18748 within 24 hours of the session. Mention the astrologer's name, session date and time, and your wallet ID. Our team responds within one business day.

Once approved, refunds are processed back to the original payment method through Razorpay. UPI refunds typically reflect in 1-2 business days. Card and net-banking refunds take 3-5 business days depending on your bank. You will receive a confirmation email when the refund is initiated.

Signup bonuses (₹100 free credits) and promotional credits are non-refundable in cash. Wallet recharges that have not yet been used are fully refundable on request. Once a recharge has been partially used, only the unused balance is refundable.

For booked pujas: full refund if cancelled 48 hours before the muhurat. 50% refund if cancelled 24 to 48 hours before. No refund within 24 hours of the muhurat (samagri and pandit allocation are already committed). Force-majeure cancellations (natural disasters, pandit illness) are fully refunded regardless of timing.

Completed consultations beyond the 24-hour window. Premium PDF reports once delivered. Promotional and bonus credits. Donations made through Live Pandit Ji to temples or charities.
