Routing
Which channel for which problem
The addresses above are not interchangeable, and sending a question to the right one is the single biggest thing you can do to get it answered properly. Email and WhatsApp both land in a thread you can keep and scroll back through, which is why we prefer them for anything involving money or a specific session — you end up with a written record and so do we.
- —
A session or a charge went wrong. Write to support@livepanditji.com, or use the WhatsApp number above. This is the address our Terms of Service names for support, and it is the one that can actually see a wallet ledger.
- —
You want to request a refund. Read the refund policy first, because it sets out the grounds and the timings and we would rather you read them there than have them paraphrased into a second, slightly different version here. The request itself goes to support@livepanditji.com or the WhatsApp number, with the details listed in the next section.
- —
You disagree with a refund decision. The refund policy names founder@livepanditji.com for exactly this, so that a decision you think is wrong has somewhere to go that is not the desk that made it.
- —
Something on a reference page is factually wrong. Write to editorial@livepanditji.com, which our editorial policy keeps for corrections and sourcing questions. If you can tell us which page and which sentence, and what the correct version is, that is a genuine favour and we treat it as one.
- —
You are concerned about how a practitioner behaved. Our verification page explains what we act on and what we send back, and it is worth reading before you write so that your message contains the things we will need.
- —
You want a copy of your data, or it deleted. Our privacy policy sets out those rights and routes them through support@livepanditji.com. Say which one you want — a copy, a correction, a deletion, or coming off marketing messages — because they are different requests.
- —
You want to book a ceremony. That is not a support question and this is the slow way to do it. Go to puja booking or pandit booking, which collect the date, venue and language a pandit needs in one pass.
- —
You are writing about a partnership or press. That is what the business address, info@livepanditji.com, is for. Sending it to support means it sits behind everyone's wallet questions.
Detail
What to put in the message
Almost every slow resolution is a message that had to be answered with a question. Whichever channel you use, the same handful of facts turns a back-and-forth into a single reply.
About a consultation
The astrologer's name exactly as it appears on their profile in the directory, the date and clock time of the session, your wallet ID, and what happened described in your own words rather than summarised as “it did not work”.
About a payment
The amount, the date, the method you paid with, and the reference your bank or UPI app shows. Your wallet page lists your own transactions, and quoting the entry from there is usually enough to identify it.
About a ceremony
Which ritual, the date and time band, the city, and whether it was booked for your address or over video. If the booking already has a WhatsApp thread, reply in that thread rather than starting a new conversation elsewhere.
About a page or an article
The address of the page and the sentence you are disputing. A correction we can locate is a correction we can make; “one of your articles is wrong” is not something anyone can act on.
One thing never belongs in any of these messages. Nobody working here will ever ask you for a password, a one-time passcode, a card number or a UPI PIN, on any channel, for any reason — not to verify you, not to process a refund, not to release a booking. Anyone who does is not us, and the right response is to stop and write to support@livepanditji.com about it.
Limits
What this desk can and cannot do
It saves everyone time to say this plainly. The people who answer these channels handle accounts, payments, bookings and complaints. They are not astrologers, and there are several things they cannot do however reasonably you ask.
They cannot read your chart or answer an astrological question — that is a consultation, and it is charged for because it is skilled work. They cannot overrule a practitioner's interpretation, because our Terms of Service are explicit that the astrologers here are independent practitioners and that we do not guarantee the accuracy of a reading; a reading you disagreed with is a disagreement, not a defect we can adjudicate. They cannot act on something that has not happened yet, which means a prediction you are unhappy about is not something we can rule on in advance. And they cannot discuss an account that is not yours, even for a family member, which occasionally frustrates people and is exactly the protection you would want applied to your own.
They also cannot give you professional advice. Our Terms of Service state that services here are for guidance and are not a substitute for licensed medical, legal, financial or psychological advice, and that boundary holds for the support channel as much as for a consultation. This is not a crisis service and nobody here is a clinician; if someone is in immediate danger, please contact local emergency services or a licensed professional straight away rather than waiting on a reply from us. And because our privacy policy and Terms both set eighteen as the minimum age for using the platform, the privacy policy asks you to contact us straight away if you believe a minor has given us personal data, and that is a message we treat as urgent rather than as a support ticket.
Things that are quicker to check yourself
A fair share of the messages we get have answers already sitting in the account. Your balance and every recharge and deduction against it are on your wallet page. The birth date, time and place a chart is being cast from are on your profile, and a reading that felt wrong is quite often a birth time entered wrong — worth checking before you write to anybody. The mechanics of how a session starts, what it costs and how it ends are set out step by step on talk to an astrologer, and the free calculators in our tools collection will confirm your own lagna, Moon sign and nakshatra in your browser without sending anything to us.
What happens to what you send
A support message is held as a record of the issue so that a later reply can refer to it. The birth details in your account are shared with the astrologer you consult and are not sold to anyone, our privacy policy commits to that in those terms, and complete card or bank details are not stored on our servers at all — payments run through a payment provider rather than through us. If you would like the whole picture rather than the summary, the privacy policy is the document that governs it, and about us explains why we hold as little as we do.
