Sakat Chauth (Sankashti Chaturthi) in 2027 falls on Monday, 25 January 2027. It is kept on the Krishna Chaturthi of amanta Pausha — the same fortnight that purnimanta calendars, the usual reckoning in north India, name after Magha.

The daily panchang for 25 January 2027 gives Krishna Tritiya at sunrise, not the Krishna Chaturthi, which is the point of the rule above; the day before, Krishna Dwitiya; the day after, Krishna Panchami. At that sunrise the yoga is Shobhana and the karana Vishti. The panchang for 25 January 2027 has the rest of the day.
