Brahma Yoga: Every Day It Held Sunrise, 2026 and 2027

Brahma is the 25th of the 27 yogas. A panchang names a day by the yoga running at sunrise, and between 1 January 2026 and 31 December 2027 Brahma was the yoga at sunrise in New Delhi on 29 days: 15 in 2026 and 14 in 2027. It never fell between two sunrises without holding one, and it never held two sunrises in a row.
Brahma is not among the nine yogas the muhurat filter rejects, so on its 29 days the yoga is no obstacle; the other four limbs still have to pass.

Over two years that spread is chance, not a pattern; the weekday and the yoga run on unrelated cycles.
Festivals that fell on a Brahma day: Paush Purnima (3 January 2026), Devshayani Ekadashi (25 July 2026), Ganesh Chaturthi (14 September 2026), Hartalika Teej (14 September 2026), Sharad Navratri begins (30 September 2027) and Sarva Pitru Amavasya (30 September 2027).
