Rahu in Pushya Nakshatra (Rahu in पुष्य)

Pushya, the 8th of the 27 nakshatras, covers 93°20′ – 106°40′ of the sidereal zodiac, wholly inside Cancer. Pushya is ruled by Saturn, so Rahu in Pushya stands in Saturn’s star.

Rahu’s row in the friendship lists counts Saturn a friend; Saturn’s row names no node, so the star lord of Pushya has no entry for Rahu, and this page does not supply one. The other two nakshatras Saturn rules, Anuradha and Uttara Bhadrapada, put Rahu under the same star lord.

By rashi, Rahu is in an enemy's sign in all four padas of Pushya, because the whole nakshatra lies in Cancer. By navamsa the four padas fall in Leo, Virgo, Libra and Scorpio. Rahu’s strongest navamsas in Pushya are padas 2 (Virgo, in a friend's sign) and 3 (Libra, in a friend's sign), and its weakest is pada 4 (Scorpio, debilitated on the commoner reckoning).
