Five totals in the range reduce to 2, and only one of them gets there. The struck-through rows 11, 29, 38 and 47 hold at 11 instead, and are counted as 11, not as 2. That leaves the total 20 as the single route to life path 2 in the entire range, which is the whole of why it reads as rare. It is not a scarce number; it is a number with one road into it.

Why 2 Looks Scarce: 11 Was Taken Out of It

The two directions are not equally common, and for this pair the gap is 2.9-fold.
