Sun in Bharani Nakshatra (Surya in भरणी)

Bharani, the 2nd of the 27 nakshatras, covers 13°20′ – 26°40′ of the sidereal zodiac, wholly inside Aries. Bharani is ruled by Venus, so the Sun in Bharani stands in Venus’s star.

The Sun and Venus count each other an enemy, so in Bharani the graha and the lord of its star agree about each other. The other two nakshatras Venus rules, Purva Phalguni and Purva Ashadha, put the Sun under the same star lord.
