Libra Rashifal February 2027 (Tula Rashi): Exalted Jupiter in Your Tenth House, Three Arrivals in Your Fourth

Published 2026-08-20 | Live Pandit Ji

Tula Rashi gets the month’s two strongest houses working at once, which is rarer than it sounds. Cancer is the tenth house from Libra, and Jupiter is exalted in it for every day of February. Capricorn is the fourth, and it takes three separate events: the New Moon of the 6th, the Sun’s exact crossing of Rahu on the 9th, and then, on Wednesday the 24th, the arrival of Venus, which rules your sign.

The tenth and the fourth are the two ends of the same axis — career and home, standing and roots — and February works both. That is the useful headline. The complication is that Jupiter is retrograde and sitting with Ketu, and the fourth-house activity happens three degrees from Rahu, so neither end is simply favourable. Both are loud.

Exalted Jupiter in the Tenth, With Ketu

Jupiter spends February in Cancer, its exaltation sign, retrograde, moving from 29°09′ back to 25°32′. The tenth house is karma in the plain sense: profession, public standing, the thing your name is attached to. It is also one of the four upachaya or growth houses — the third, sixth, tenth and eleventh — where a strong planet builds over time rather than delivering at once.

Jupiter is in Cancer until 26 June 2027 and then does not return until 2038, so this is the one professional window of its kind for a decade. What it typically produces is recognition of the reputational sort rather than the financial sort: being asked to advise, to teach, to represent, to sit on something. Libra is well suited to all four.

Ketu is in the same house, closing from 26°59′ to 25°30′, and the two close on each other through February to an exact meeting on 1 March at 25°27′ of Cancer. Classical texts name Jupiter conjunct Rahu as Guru Chandal; whether the label extends to a Jupiter–Ketu conjunction is disputed, some later works applying it and others not, so it is not worth asserting either way. What is not in dispute is the arithmetic and the general character of Ketu, which is detachment. Practically: the professional recognition arrives, and you find yourself less interested in it than you expected to be. That is worth knowing in advance so you do not mistake it for the recognition being hollow.

One more tenth-house note. Mars reverses into Cancer at 12:30 am on 10 March, still retrograde, and Cancer is where Mars is debilitated. So your tenth house gains a debilitated Mars in early March on top of everything else. February is the clean half of this configuration; do the professional business now.

The Fourth House: Three Events, One House

The fourth house is home, land, vehicles, the mother, and inner peace. Capricorn holds Rahu all month at roughly 26°, and three things happen there.

First, the New Moon forms at 9:26 pm on Saturday 6 February at 23°24′ of Capricorn — 3°16′ short of Rahu, both in the first pada of Dhanishta, whose lord is Mars, itself retrograde in your eleventh house. Second, the Sun reaches Rahu’s exact degree at 11:05 pm on Tuesday 9 February at 26°30′. Third, on Wednesday 24 February, both Mercury and Venus arrive: Mercury reversing in at 4:46 am, Venus walking in at 3:11 pm.

The reading follows the sequence. The first ten days concentrate on the household in the way Rahu concentrates on things — restlessly, with more urgency than the matter deserves. A property decision taken in that window is likely to be taken faster than it should be. The last five days are the better ones: Venus in your own fourth house, in the sign of its friend, is the month’s single best signature for the home, and 25 to 28 February is when to spend money on the house rather than on the 6th to the 9th.

Saturn in a Favourable House — and What Happens in June

Saturn is in Pisces all February, direct, advancing from 16°01′ to 18°49′, and Pisces is the sixth house from Libra. Of the twelve houses Saturn can occupy from the natal Moon, three are classically favourable — the third, the sixth and the eleventh. The sixth is one of them, which is worth stating clearly because Saturn’s reputation makes people assume the worst by default.

A sixth-house Saturn is Saturn working for you against the things the sixth house governs: competitors, litigation, debt, chronic illness, and obstruction. It does not remove them; it outlasts them. Libra also has a particular relationship with the planet, since Libra is Saturn’s exaltation sign — the sign where Saturn is at its strongest. Saturn is not there now, but the underlying friendliness of the pairing is part of why a sixth-house transit reads well for Tula Rashi.

Saturn crosses into Revati, the last nakshatra of the zodiac, on Monday 8 February and remains in it for the rest of its stay in Pisces. Then, on 3 June 2027, it enters Aries — the seventh house from Libra. The seventh is on neither classical list: it is not one of the three favourable houses, and it is not one of the named difficult positions either, which are the twelfth, first and second of Sade Sati, the eighth of Ardha Ashtama Shani, and the fourth of Kantaka Shani. So the honest statement is that Saturn’s move in June takes you from a favourable house to a neutral one. That is a downgrade, not an affliction, and it is the reason to use February for the things a sixth-house Saturn helps with.

A Full Moon in the Eleventh, on Retrograde Mars

Leo is your eleventh house, and Mars is retrograde in it all month, retreating from 13°06′ to 3°11′ entirely inside Magha nakshatra. The Full Moon then forms on it: 4:53 am on Sunday 21 February, at 7°51′ of Leo, 1°51′ from Mars at 6°00′.

The eleventh is gains, friendships, and elder siblings — and, like the tenth, an upachaya house. A retrograde Mars there tends to read as friction inside a group rather than with an individual: an old disagreement in a circle you belong to, resurfacing. The Full Moon of the 21st brings it to a head, and Magha’s deities being the Pitrs, the ancestors, gives that day a family cast as often as a social one. Mars turns direct on 1 April 2027 at 7:42 pm, which is when the friction actually resolves.

Every Dated Event, in Order

  • The New Moon forms in your fourth house at 23°24′ of Capricorn, 3°16′ short of Rahu — 9:26 pm, Saturday 6 February.
  • Saturn enters Revati, the zodiac’s final nakshatra, in your sixth house — Monday 8 February.
  • Mercury stations retrograde in your fifth house at 11°45′ of Aquarius — 11:05 pm, Tuesday 9 February.
  • The Sun reaches Rahu’s exact degree in your fourth house, in the same minute as that station — 11:05 pm, Tuesday 9 February.
  • The Sun leaves your fourth house for your fifth at the Kumbha Sankranti ingress — 10:04 am, Saturday 13 February.
  • The Sun and retrograde Mercury meet at 5°34′ of Aquarius in your fifth house — 10:09 pm, Thursday 18 February.
  • The Full Moon fills your eleventh house at 7°51′ of Leo, 1°51′ from retrograde Mars — 4:53 am, Sunday 21 February.
  • Mercury reverses back into your fourth house — 4:46 am, Wednesday 24 February.
  • Venus, your ruler, enters that same fourth house ten hours later — 3:11 pm, Wednesday 24 February.
  • Mercury turns direct at 26°41′ of Capricorn, still in your fourth house — 6:02 pm, Wednesday 3 March.

Week by Week

The First Week (1–7 February)

Mercury is still direct, which makes this the week for anything that needs to be agreed and stay agreed. The New Moon of Saturday the 6th falls in your fourth house with Rahu close by, so treat any impulse about property, renovation or relocation that arrives that weekend as an impulse rather than a decision. Saturn enters Revati on the Sunday.

The Second Week (8–14 February)

Tuesday the 9th holds two events inside the same minute — Mercury’s station at 11:05 pm and the Sun on Rahu at 11:05 pm. There is no classical yoga in that coincidence; it is the calendar, not the doctrine. But the practical effect is a domestic matter and a communication problem landing on the same night. The Sun changes house on Saturday the 13th at 10:04 am.

The Third Week (15–21 February)

The Sun and retrograde Mercury are both in your fifth house — children, study, creative work — and meet exactly on Thursday the 18th at 10:09 pm. It is a week for revising creative work rather than showing it. It closes with the Full Moon in your eleventh house early on Sunday the 21st, on retrograde Mars.

The Fourth Week (22–28 February)

The best stretch of the month. Venus reaches your fourth house at 3:11 pm on Wednesday the 24th, and the last four days are the ones for the home, the family and anything requiring goodwill. Mercury is in the same house from that morning but still retrograde until 3 March, so the ordering is: enjoy it now, sign for it next month.

Career and Money

Career is the strongest department this month by some distance, and the instruction is to accept rather than to initiate. An exalted retrograde Jupiter in the tenth answers requests better than it launches ventures; when something is offered, take it. Jupiter turns direct on 13 April 2027 at 7:58 am, at 22°45′ of Cancer, which is the deepest point of its entire visit — so the visit never comes within seventeen degrees of Jupiter’s parama uchcha at 5° of Cancer. The exaltation is real, but it is not the maximal form of it, and the expectations should be set accordingly.

Money is mixed. Your ruler Venus spends most of February in the third house, which is not a money house, and only reaches the fourth on the 24th; the eleventh house of gains holds a retrograde Mars rather than a benefic. Meanwhile Saturn in the sixth is genuinely useful against debt — this is a good month to restructure a loan, chase a receivable, or settle a dispute that has been running. Venus reaches its own exaltation in Pisces, your sixth house, on 15 April 2027, which strengthens that same department considerably.

Home and Relationships

Everything about the fourth house above is also a statement about the mother and about the household’s mood. With Rahu there and the Sun crossing it on the 9th, the first third of the month can bring an old family matter forward with more heat than substance. Let it pass; the same conversation held after the 24th, with Venus in the house, goes differently.

For partnership specifically, the seventh house — Aries — is empty this month, which usually means the marriage or partnership takes its cue from elsewhere in the chart. Here it takes it from the fourth, so domestic conditions are what a partner will react to. Note also that Saturn enters your seventh house on 3 June 2027, which will make the second half of the year the more serious period for that department; February and the spring are the light half.

Health

Saturn in the sixth house is, for once, the good news about health: it is the house of illness, and a favourably placed Saturn there favours endurance and slow recovery over sudden trouble. If there is a chronic condition being managed, February supports the management. What it does not support is the crash diet or the sudden regimen — Saturn rewards the version you can still be doing in October.

The one caution is the Full Moon of Sunday the 21st with retrograde Mars in the eleventh: Mars retrograde is the standard warning against pushing physical intensity, and it holds until the direct station on 1 April 2027. Keep the training load flat. And around Thursday the 18th, when the Sun and Mercury meet, the nervous system rather than the body is the thing under load.

Remedies for Tula Rashi in February 2027

The chart asks for four things: strengthen Jupiter, because it is exalted in your tenth and worth supporting; manage Rahu, because it holds your fourth; keep Saturn on side, because it is in a favourable house you will lose in June; and restrain Mars, because it is retrograde in your eleventh with a Full Moon landing on it.

  • Guru worship on the Thursdays — 4, 11, 18 and 25 February: exalted Jupiter in the tenth house until 26 June 2027, and not again until 2038, is the best professional transit of the decade for Tula Rashi. Turmeric, chana dal, a yellow cloth, and something given to a teacher. See the weak-Jupiter remedies for the standard forms.
  • Accept what is offered rather than proposing what is not: the practical translation of a retrograde exalted Jupiter in the karma house. February answers better than it initiates.
  • Rahu observance for the fourth house: Rahu sits at roughly 26° of Capricorn all month, takes the New Moon three degrees away on the 6th and the Sun exactly on the 9th. Feeding a stray dog, and mustard oil given away rather than used, are the usual measures; the Rahu–Ketu page has the fuller set.
  • Do not decide about property between the 6th and the 9th: the direct reading of a New Moon near Rahu in the fourth followed by the Sun crossing it. Wait for the last week, when Venus is in the house.
  • Saturday observance for Shani — 6, 13, 20 and 27 February: Saturn is in one of its three favourable houses from your Moon, and it leaves that house on 3 June 2027. Sesame oil, black til, iron, and a lamp under a peepal after sundown. Our Shani remedies page covers the observance and Saturday fasting the discipline.
  • Settle the debt or the dispute now: a favourably placed Saturn in the sixth house is the transit for outlasting a creditor, a competitor or a case. It is a February advantage, not a permanent one.
  • Tuesday restraint for Mangal — 2, 9, 16 and 23 February: Mars is retrograde in your eleventh house with the Full Moon of the 21st landing 1°51′ from it. Hanuman Chalisa and red masoor on the Tuesdays; the Tuesday fast is the traditional form, and the restraint applies until 1 April 2027.
  • Shukra observance on the Fridays — 5, 12, 19 and 26 February: Venus rules Tula Rashi and spends most of the month in the third house before reaching the fourth. White flowers, rice, and something offered to a woman of the household. Friday the 26th falls with Venus already in your fourth house, which makes it the strongest of the four.

In Summary

February 2027 works the fourth–tenth axis for Tula Rashi, and both ends are active. In the tenth, Jupiter is exalted in Cancer all month, retrograde, with Ketu closing to an exact conjunction on 1 March — professional recognition arriving alongside a strange indifference to it. In the fourth, Rahu holds the ground, the New Moon of 6 February forms 3°16′ from it, the Sun crosses it exactly at 11:05 pm on the 9th, and then Mercury and Venus both arrive on Wednesday the 24th.

The month therefore has a clear internal ordering. The first ten days are the noisy, domestic, do-not-decide-yet part. The middle two weeks belong to the fifth house, with the Sun and retrograde Mercury meeting there on Thursday the 18th, and end with the Full Moon of Sunday the 21st in your eleventh house on a retrograde Mars. The last five days, with Venus in your fourth house, are the best of the month for the home.

Two dates run past February. Saturn leaves your favourable sixth house for the neutral seventh on 3 June 2027, so the debt, dispute and health-management business belongs to the first half of the year. And Jupiter leaves Cancer on 26 June 2027 with no return until 2038, which makes the tenth-house window a five-month one rather than a season to wait out.

Whether your Moon is actually crossed by any of this depends on its degree, and Libra’s three nakshatras answer to three different lords — Chitra to Mars, Swati to Rahu, Vishakha to Jupiter — so a Swati Moon reads February’s fourth house very differently from a Vishakha one. The pada-level treatment of Tula Rashi works that through, the Jupiter transit guide covers the longer arc into Cancer, and January’s reading has what preceded this.

Does the tenth-house Jupiter touch your chart?

Exalted Jupiter’s visit to Cancer bottoms out at 22°45′ and never goes lower — so whether it crosses anything in your chart depends on degrees a rashifal cannot see. An astrologer can read yours against these dates.
