Aquarius Rashifal June 2027 (Kumbha Rashi): Sade Sati Ends on 3 June

Published 2026-08-21 | Live Pandit Ji

On 3 June 2027, Saturn leaves Pisces for Aries. For Kumbha Rashi, Pisces is your second house and Aries is your third — and Saturn in the twelfth, first and second houses from the Moon sign is what Sade Sati means. So this single ingress ends it. Aquarius is the only one of the twelve rashis for which that is true, because only Aquarius has Pisces as its second house. The same crossing opens the sequence for Vrishabha Rashi, for whom Aries is the twelfth.

The span is worth stating exactly, because the tradition’s round number is not what the ephemeris says. Saturn reached Capricorn, your twelfth house, on 24 January 2020. It leaves your second house on 3 June 2027. That is seven years, four months and ten days — not seven and a half years, and the reason is that Saturn spent part of the passage retrograde and covered the three signs slightly faster than its average.

And there is one honest complication, which most calendars will not tell you: Saturn comes back. It turns retrograde on 9 August 2027 and re-enters Pisces on 20 October 2027, which puts it in your second house again until 23 February 2028. So the passage lifts in June, resumes for four months in the autumn, and is finally over eight years and one month after it began. June is the release, not yet the discharge. All 30 days of the month are open: no Kharmas, no Chaturmas, and neither Jupiter nor Venus combust.

What Actually Changes on 3 June

Saturn moves from 29°47′ of Pisces to 2°18′ of Aries across the month, entering Ashwini pada 1 at the same instant it changes signs. Our table puts the crossing at 4:39 am, and we are publishing the day rather than that time on purpose: Saturn is travelling at 0.098° a day, which is slow enough that two calendars using ayanamsas half an arc-minute apart will disagree by hours. The date is solid. The minute is not, and nobody should plan around it.

What lifts is the second-house phase, which is the money-and-speech end of Sade Sati: constrained income, family expense, and the particular Saturnine experience of saying the true thing and being heard badly. What arrives is Saturn in your third house, which is among the best places a transiting Saturn can sit — the third is effort, courage, siblings and the near neighbourhood, and Saturn there converts stubbornness into staying power.

One qualification, and it matters. Saturn arrives in Aries debilitated, because Aries is its sign of fall. The usual gloss on that — a weak malefic cannot do harm — has it backwards. What a fallen Saturn loses is its reliability: the endurance, the discipline, the slow compounding return that makes a third-house Saturn genuinely useful. So the relief from Sade Sati is real and full, but the gift that normally comes with this house is delivered short. Saturn also spends every one of June’s thirty days inside the Revati–Ashwini gandanta, the most unstable junction in the zodiac, and reaches only 3°38′ of Aries in the whole of 2027 before reversing. This is a first instalment.

Mars Opposite Your Sign for All Thirty Days

Mars is in Leo, your seventh house, from the first day of June to the last, moving from 12°49′ to 27°44′. That is the whole month with a malefic standing directly opposite your rashi, and it is the reason a page about Sade Sati ending should not read as an unbroken relief. Mars in the seventh is friction with the person across the table — spouse, business partner, opposing counsel, whoever it is you have to agree with. It shortens patience on both sides and it makes a small disagreement escalate faster than it should.

Mars spends nearly all of that stretch in a single nakshatra: it enters Purva Phalguni at 3:40 am on Wednesday 2 June and does not leave until 00:38 on Tuesday 29 June — twenty-six days and twenty-one hours in one nakshatra, which is unusually long for Mars and means the seventh-house pressure has one steady character rather than shifting mid-month. Purva Phalguni is ruled by Venus, so the quarrel tends to be about comfort, money spent, or affection withheld rather than about principle.

From 4:48 am on Saturday 26 June, Jupiter joins Mars in that house. The two never conjoin: Jupiter enters Leo at 0°51′ while Mars is already past 25°, and the faster Mars keeps pulling away, so the gap widens from 25°04′ on the 26th to 26°53′ by the 30th. Practically, that means the last five days of June put a benefic in your partnership house without it having to fight Mars for the space — the first genuine softening of the seventh house since May.

Jupiter Loses Its Exaltation and You Gain by It

Jupiter sits at 26°09′ of Cancer on 1 June, exalted, and crosses 26°40′ into Ashlesha pada 4 on Friday 4 June before leaving for Leo and Magha on the 26th. For most rashis that ingress is a loss — Jupiter is not exalted again until 2038. For Kumbha it is close to the opposite, because Cancer is your sixth house, and the sixth is where a strong Jupiter does you the least good: exaltation there tends to expand the things the sixth house rules, which are debt, illness and opposition, rather than the things you want expanded.

There has also been a complication in that house all along. Ketu is in Cancer, and Jupiter with Ketu is Guru–Chandal — the combination that muddles judgement and makes sound advice feel untrustworthy. The gap widens from 5°32′ on 1 June to 11°49′ by the 30th, so the clouding thins steadily through the month and then ends outright when Jupiter changes signs. From the 26th your sixth house holds Ketu alone, which is a considerably quieter arrangement.

One caveat against reading the Cancer visit as a wasted one: it was short and unusual. Jupiter was in Cancer only from 25 January to 26 June 2027, about 152 days rather than the thirteen months a Jupiter sign transit normally runs, because it reversed into the sign while retrograde and turned direct on 13 April. If a health matter or an old debt resolved in that window, that is where the exaltation went.

Sixty Hours: Your Chandra Window, to the Minute

The Moon reaches Kumbha Rashi at 00:50 on Thursday 24 June and leaves at 12:52 pm on Saturday 26 June: sixty hours and two minutes. That is the third-longest window any rashi gets in June 2027, and the margins are almost comic — exactly one hour less than Capricorn’s 61h02m, and six minutes less than Sagittarius’s 60h08m. All three fall in the same stretch of the month because the Moon is near the far end of its orbit then, and it visibly slows down when it is further from the Earth.

Use it. The Moon on your own rashi is the best available condition for beginning something personal, you have two and a half days of it, and it lands in the same week that Jupiter enters your seventh house. Note also that the window closes on a Saturday — your own weekday, Saturn being your ruler — and closes barely eight hours after Jupiter changes signs.

The Month’s Fixed Points

  • Tuesday 1 June, 6:57 am — Venus enters Krittika in your third house.
  • Wednesday 2 June, 3:40 am — Mars enters Purva Phalguni in your seventh house, where it stays twenty-seven days.
  • 3 June 2027Saturn, your ruler, leaves your second house for your third: Sade Sati ends. Debilitated, in Ashwini pada 1 at the same instant. The day, not the minute.
  • Friday 4 June, 00:37 — Venus reaches Taurus, its own sign, in your fourth house. Exalted Jupiter crosses into Ashlesha pada 4 in your sixth the same day.
  • Saturday 5 June, 1:10 am — the New Moon forms in your fourth house at 19°42′ of Taurus, in Rohini pada 3. That day’s panchang.
  • Tuesday 8 June, 7:26 pm — the Sun enters Mrigashira, in your fourth house.
  • Thursday 10 June, 11:44 pm — Mercury turns retrograde in your fifth house, in its own sign.
  • 12 June — Rahu crosses 20°00′ in your twelfth house, from Shravana pada 4 into pada 3, and Ketu crosses into Ashlesha pada 1 in your sixth at the same instant. Too slow for a time. Venus enters Rohini in your fourth at 5:30 am the same day.
  • Tuesday 15 June, 6:50 pm — the Sun leaves your fourth house for your fifth. Mithuna Sankranti. Panchang for the day.
  • Saturday 19 June, 6:14 am — the Full Moon fills your eleventh house at 3°18′ of Sagittarius, in Moola pada 1, two arc-minutes inside the Scorpio–Sagittarius gandanta.
  • Tuesday 22 June, 6:30 pm — the Sun enters Ardra, in your fifth house.
  • Wednesday 23 June, 1:29 pm — the Sun is exact with Mercury at 7°25′ of Gemini, in your fifth house. Venus enters Mrigashira the same morning.
  • The Moon holds Kumbha Rashi from 00:50 on Thursday 24 June to 12:52 pm on Saturday 26 June — sixty hours two minutes, the third-longest window of the month. Retrograde Mercury reverses back into Mrigashira at 9:03 pm on the 24th.
  • Saturday 26 June, 4:48 amJupiter leaves your sixth house for your seventh, entering Magha and losing its exaltation. Not exalted again until 2038.
  • Monday 28 June, 2:35 pm — Venus leaves your fourth house for your fifth.
  • Tuesday 29 June, 00:38 — Mars enters Uttara Phalguni in your seventh house, with Jupiter now in the same sign.

Week by Week

Thirty days, Tuesday to Wednesday. Saturn rules Kumbha Rashi, so your day is Saturday — 5, 12, 19 and 26 June, four of them — and the first falls two days after seven years of Sade Sati end.

1–7 June

The week that closes the passage. Mars settles into Purva Phalguni in your seventh on the 2nd; your ruler crosses out of your second house on the 3rd; Venus reaches its own sign in your fourth at 00:37 on Friday the 4th; and the New Moon forms in that same fourth house at 1:10 am on Saturday the 5th — a good lunation for the home, and a fitting one for the week the money-and-family phase of Sade Sati lifts. Mercury is direct and clear of the Sun all week, so this is where the month’s paperwork belongs.

8–14 June

Mercury turns retrograde at 11:44 pm on Thursday the 10th, in your fifth house of children, study and creative work, and in its own sign — a gentler retrograde than most, but still a poor week to sign or submit. Then on Saturday the 12th, Rahu changes pada in your twelfth house, Ketu changes pada in your sixth, and Venus enters Rohini in your fourth at 5:30 am. Three slow markers on one of your own weekdays.

15–21 June

The Sun crosses into your fifth house at 6:50 pm on Tuesday the 15th at Mithuna Sankranti, and Mercury goes combust there at about the same time — so the house that governs children and study holds a retrograde, burnt Mercury and the Sun together for the rest of the month. Then the Full Moon fills your eleventh house of gains at 6:14 am on Saturday the 19th, at a gandanta degree: the eleventh is friends, networks and income from many sources, and a lunation there tends to bring a return you had stopped expecting, or a demand from a group you belong to.

22–28 June

The best week of the month, and the busiest. The Sun is exact with retrograde Mercury in your fifth house at 1:29 pm on Wednesday the 23rd. The Moon reaches your own rashi at 00:50 on Thursday the 24th and holds it until 12:52 pm on Saturday the 26th. Jupiter enters your seventh house at 4:48 am on that Saturday, eight hours before the Moon leaves you. Venus follows into your fifth at 2:35 pm on Monday the 28th. If one week of June is for beginning things, it is this one.

29–30 June

Two days in the new arrangement. Mars enters Uttara Phalguni at 00:38 on Tuesday the 29th, with Jupiter now in your seventh house as well. The month closes on Wednesday the 30th with your ruler debilitated at 2°18′ of Aries in your third house, Sade Sati lifted for the first time since January 2020, and your sixth house holding Ketu alone.

Career and Money for Kumbha Rashi

Your tenth house is empty for all thirty days and its lord Mars is in your seventh, so professionally June is about the people you have to work with rather than the work itself. That is the practical shape of Mars opposite the rashi: the task is fine and the negotiation is not. Where the month genuinely improves is effort — Saturn arriving in your third house on the 3rd is the transit that rewards grinding at something for months, and it is the first Saturn placement in seven years that is working for you rather than on you. Our career remedies page has the standing observances.

Money deserves a clear statement, since it is the department Sade Sati’s last phase was pressing on. Your second house of earned money is vacated on 3 June and stays empty for the rest of the month — that is the release, and for many readers it will show up as a constraint quietly ceasing rather than as an event. Do not over-extend on the strength of it, because Saturn re-enters that house on 20 October 2027 for four more months. The eleventh house of gains takes the Full Moon on the 19th, which is the month’s one clear inflow signal. Settle figures before Thursday 10 June, while Mercury is still direct. See the financial remedies page.

Home, Family and Partnership

Home has the better half of the month. Venus is in its own sign in your fourth house from 00:37 on 4 June for twenty-four days, the Sun is there until the 15th, and the lunation of the 5th falls in the same house — that is a genuinely favourable stretch for the house itself, for a purchase for it, or for something owed to a parent. Put it in the first two weeks rather than the last two.

Partnership is the department to handle carefully, and the reading is unusually clean: Mars in your seventh house for all thirty days, then Jupiter arriving on the 26th without ever meeting it. So the first three and a half weeks are for absorbing friction and the last five days are for settling things. For a Kumbha reader weighing marriage or a partnership agreement, that argues for either the very start of the month — 4 to 10 June, with Venus newly dignified and Mercury still direct — or the tail after the 26th, when a benefic is finally in the house. Every day of June is open. The marriage muhurat page for June 2027 lists the qualifying dates, griha pravesh works the housewarming arithmetic, and the vehicle page covers a purchase. Venus is a morning star closing from 19°32′ to 11°52′ of the Sun across June and goes combust on 6 July 2027, after which the calendar shuts until 17 September.

Health

Your sixth house of illness gets simpler this month rather than more complex: exalted Jupiter leaves it on the 26th and the Guru–Chandal clouding thins steadily before that, from 5°32′ to 11°49′. If a health question has felt hard to get a straight answer on, the second half of June is a better time to ask it than the first. Ketu remains there, which reads as something intermittent and hard to name rather than acute.

The load is on your seventh house instead, and Mars there for thirty days has a physical signature too — anger held rather than expressed, disturbed sleep after a confrontation, and the sort of accident that happens while hurrying. The best window for beginning a regimen is the Moon on your own sign, 00:50 on Thursday 24 June to 12:52 pm on Saturday 26 June. Thursday the 24th is the cleanest start in the month.

Remedies for Kumbha Rashi in June 2027

Four conditions: Sade Sati ending on the 3rd with your own ruler debilitated in your third house, Mars opposite your rashi for all thirty days, exalted Jupiter’s last twenty-five days with Ketu in your sixth, and Mercury retrograde and burnt in your fifth.

  • Saturday observance for Shani — 5, 12, 19 and 26 June: Saturn rules Kumbha Rashi and this is the month it releases you. Sesame oil, black til, a peepal lamp after sundown, and something given to someone who works with their hands. Keep the 5th properly, being the first Saturday clear of Sade Sati, and keep them all through the autumn when Saturn returns to your second house. Forms on the Shani remedies page and Saturday fasting.
  • Hanuman on the Tuesdays — 1, 8, 15, 22 and 29 June: five of them this month, and the one observance that matters most while Mars sits opposite your rashi for thirty days. Hanuman Chalisa, red offered rather than worn, and physical work done deliberately so the Mars energy has somewhere to go. See Mangal remedies and Tuesday fasting.
  • Guru worship on the Thursdays — 3, 10, 17 and 24 June: Jupiter’s last four Thursdays exalted, and the last of its exaltation until 2038. With Guru–Chandal still in force in your sixth, this is the observance for clear judgement rather than for gain. Turmeric, chana dal, yellow given to a teacher rather than kept. See weak-Jupiter remedies and Thursday fasting.
  • Rahu–Ketu observance around the 12th: both nodes change pada that day, Rahu in your twelfth house and Ketu in your sixth. A grey or dark blue cloth given away, mustard oil, urad dal, and food offered to someone you will not meet again. See the joint observances and our Rahu-Ketu page.
  • Do not celebrate the ending by spending: not a ritual, the practical reading. Saturn is back in your second house from 20 October 2027 to 23 February 2028, so June’s relief is an interval and not a discharge. Use it to clear a liability rather than to take one on.
  • Finish the paperwork before Thursday the 10th: Mercury turns retrograde in your fifth house at 11:44 pm that day and is burnt from the 15th to 2 July. Anything to do with a child’s admission, a course or a creative contract is much easier before it.
  • Keep the twenty-fourth to the twenty-sixth clear: sixty hours of the Moon on your own sign, ending eight hours after Jupiter enters your seventh house. That is the best beginning available to Kumbha Rashi in June, and it is worth protecting from the ordinary week.

In Summary

For Kumbha Rashi, June 2027 is the month Sade Sati ends. Saturn leaves your second house for your third on 3 June, closing a passage that began on 24 January 2020seven years, four months and ten days, and Aquarius is the only rashi for which this particular ingress does that. The honest qualification is that Saturn returns to Pisces on 20 October 2027 and stays until 23 February 2028, so the passage is finally over eight years and a month after it started. Saturn also arrives debilitated and inside the Revati–Ashwini gandanta, which costs it the reliability that normally makes a third-house Saturn worth having.

The counterweight is Mars in your seventh house for all thirty days, in Purva Phalguni for twenty-six of them — steady friction with whoever sits across from you, about comfort and money rather than principle. It eases at the end: Jupiter enters that house at 4:48 am on Saturday 26 June and never conjoins Mars, the gap widening from 25°04′ to 26°53′. Jupiter loses its exaltation doing it, but it leaves your sixth house to do so, which is the one house where that exaltation was doing you no favours.

Your best days are precise: the Moon holds Kumbha Rashi from 00:50 on Thursday 24 June to 12:52 pm on Saturday 26 June, sixty hours and two minutes — exactly an hour less than Capricorn’s window and six minutes less than Sagittarius’s, the third-longest of the month. All of this is sign-level; which of the nine Aquarius padas holds your natal Moon decides how much of the release you actually feel. For more, read May’s reading, what Kumbha Rashi settles and what the pada decides, and our Sade Sati page.
