Leo Rashifal June 2027 (Simha Rashi): Mars Holds Your Sign All Month, Jupiter Joins on 26 June
Published 2026-08-21 | Live Pandit Ji
Two of the three planets that decide a month land on Simha Rashi in June 2027, and one of them never leaves it. Mars is on your sign for all thirty days, moving from 12°49′ to 27°44′. Jupiter arrives at 4:48 am on Saturday 26 June. And the third piece of news is the one that arrives first: Saturn leaves your eighth house on 3 June 2027, after two and a half years in it.
Take the relief first, because it is the largest single change in your chart this year. Saturn has been in Pisces — your eighth house of upheaval, inheritance, chronic matters and things you did not choose — since March 2025. On 3 June it crosses into Aries and your ninth. Whatever the eighth-house transit had been grinding at, that grinding stops in the first week of June. Two qualifications: Saturn is debilitated in Aries, and it reverses back into Pisces from 20 October 2027 to 23 February 2028. So this is a four-and-a-half-month reprieve, not the end of it.
The date carries no minute, deliberately. Saturn is moving at 0.098° a day at that boundary, which means the crossing instant shifts by hours between one ayanamsa and another. Our table says 4:39 am on 3 June. We publish the day, because the minute cannot be defended. All 30 days of June are open — no Kharmas, no Chaturmas, and neither Jupiter nor Venus combust.
Mars Spends Twenty-Seven Days in One Nakshatra on Your Sign
Mars covers 14°55′ across June, all of it inside Leo, and the interesting part is how little nakshatra ground that is. Mars leaves Magha for Purva Phalguni at 3:40 am on Wednesday 2 June and does not leave Purva Phalguni until 00:38 on Tuesday 29 June. That is twenty-six days and twenty-one hours in a single nakshatra, on your own rashi, out of a thirty-day month. Then Uttara Phalguni for the last two days, and Virgo on 5 July.
Purva Phalguni is Venus’s nakshatra, and that pairing is what makes the transit readable. Mars on the rashi is drive, temper, physical energy and the willingness to push; Venus’s star softens the edge and points it at pleasure, display and company rather than at conflict. A Simha reader will feel like doing things this month rather than like fighting about them — provided nobody stands directly in the way. Where Mars falls flat is patience: twenty-seven days of the same star means the same impulse repeating rather than shifting.
Note also that Mars is at 12°49′ on 1 June and 27°44′ on the 30th — the second half of the sign. If your natal Moon sits in the first ten degrees of Leo, Mars has already passed it and June is quieter for you than this reading suggests. If it sits above 13°, Mars crosses it this month. Our page on Mars as a graha covers what it governs.
Jupiter Arrives on 26 June — and Trades One Ketu for Another
Jupiter has spent June in Cancer, your twelfth house, exalted and sitting with Ketu. At 4:48 am on Saturday 26 June it crosses into Leo. Three things happen at once and they pull in different directions.
First, Jupiter comes onto your own rashi, which is straightforwardly good: it is the transit under which requests get granted and advice turns out to be worth taking. Second, it loses its exaltation on the way in — Cancer exalts Jupiter, Leo does not — and it is not exalted again until 2038, because it does not return to Cancer before then. Third, and this is the part almanacs skip: Jupiter enters Magha at the same instant, and Magha’s lord is Ketu. So Jupiter separates from Ketu by conjunction and immediately takes up residence in Ketu’s own nakshatra.
That is worth being honest about rather than dressing up. The Guru–Chandal conjunction — Jupiter with Ketu, which muddles judgement — genuinely ends on the 26th; the two were 5°32′ apart on 1 June and 11°49′ apart by the 30th. But Ketu remains Jupiter’s nakshatra dispositor for the whole of Jupiter’s first months in your sign, and Magha spans 0° to 13°20′ of Leo, so that condition lasts well beyond June. Jupiter reaches only 0°51′ by the 30th. Jupiter holds Leo until 26 November 2027, returns 28 February 2028, and leaves that July.
One more piece of arithmetic that matters. Mars and Jupiter share Leo from the 26th, and they never conjoin. Jupiter enters at 0° while Mars is already past 25°, and Mars is much the faster, so the gap widens from 25°04′ on the 26th to 26°53′ on the 30th. You get both planets on the rashi without the friction of the two of them meeting.
The New Moon Falls in Your Tenth House, with Venus Dignified There
Your tenth house of career and standing is Taurus, and it has an unusually good June. Venus reaches Taurus — its own sign — at 00:37 on Friday 4 June and holds it for twenty-four days, until 2:35 pm on Monday 28 June. The New Moon forms in that house at 1:10 am on Saturday 5 June, at 19°42′ of Taurus in Rohini pada 3. And your ruler the Sun is there until 6:50 pm on Tuesday 15 June.
A New Moon in the tenth is a beginning in public: a role, a title, a piece of work with your name on it. Venus dignified in the same house for the rest of the month says the beginning is more likely to come through goodwill than through struggle. Inside the Taurus stretch Venus enters Rohini at 5:30 am on Saturday 12 June and Mrigashira at 3:41 am on Wednesday 23 June, and the 12th-to-23rd Rohini window is the strongest of it.
After the 15th the Sun moves to your eleventh house of gains, where Mercury is already retrograde in its own sign. Mercury turns retrograde at 11:44 pm on Thursday 10 June, moves back from 8°21′ to 3°52′ of Gemini, reverses into Mrigashira at 9:03 pm on Thursday 24 June, and the Sun is exact with it at 1:29 pm on Wednesday 23 June at 7°25′. Mercury is also burnt from about the 15th to 2 July. In the eleventh house that reads as a gain that gets renegotiated, or a group commitment that has to be revisited — not lost, revised.
The Month’s Fixed Points
- Tuesday 1 June, 6:57 am — Venus enters Krittika in your ninth house.
- Wednesday 2 June, 3:40 am — Mars enters Purva Phalguni on your rashi, and stays in that one nakshatra for twenty-seven days.
- 3 June 2027 — Saturn leaves your eighth house for Aries and your ninth, debilitated, entering Ashwini pada 1 at the same instant. The day, not the minute.
- Friday 4 June, 00:37 — Venus reaches Taurus, its own sign, in your tenth house of career, for twenty-four days.
- Saturday 5 June, 1:10 am — the New Moon forms in your tenth house at 19°42′ of Taurus, in Rohini pada 3. That day’s panchang.
- Tuesday 8 June, 7:26 pm — the Sun enters Mrigashira, in your tenth house.
- 9 June 7:47 pm to 11 June 11:17 pm — the Moon is on Simha Rashi. Fifty-one hours thirty minutes, with Mars on the sign.
- Thursday 10 June, 11:44 pm — Mercury turns retrograde in your eleventh house, in its own sign.
- Saturday 12 June, 5:30 am — Venus enters Rohini in your tenth house. Rahu changes pada in your sixth the same day.
- Tuesday 15 June, 6:50 pm — the Sun, your ruler, leaves your tenth house for your eleventh. Mithuna Sankranti. Panchang for the day.
- Saturday 19 June, 6:14 am — the Full Moon fills your fifth house at 3°18′ of Sagittarius, in Moola pada 1, two arc-minutes inside the Scorpio–Sagittarius gandanta.
- Tuesday 22 June, 6:30 pm — the Sun enters Ardra, in your eleventh house.
- Wednesday 23 June, 1:29 pm — the Sun is exact with Mercury at 7°25′ of Gemini, in your eleventh house. Venus enters Mrigashira the same morning.
- Thursday 24 June, 9:03 pm — retrograde Mercury reverses back into Mrigashira.
- Saturday 26 June, 4:48 am — Jupiter enters Simha Rashi, losing its exaltation and entering Magha, Ketu’s nakshatra, at the same instant.
- Monday 28 June, 2:35 pm — Venus leaves your tenth house for your eleventh.
- Tuesday 29 June, 00:38 — Mars enters Uttara Phalguni on your rashi, 25° ahead of Jupiter in the same sign.
Week by Week
Thirty days, Tuesday to Wednesday. The Sun rules Simha Rashi, so your day is Sunday — 6, 13, 20 and 27 June, four of them — and there are five Tuesdays for Mars, which is on your sign the whole month: 1, 8, 15, 22 and 29 June.
1–7 June
The most eventful week of the month, and the best. Mars enters Purva Phalguni on your rashi at 3:40 am on Wednesday the 2nd, Saturn leaves your eighth house on the 3rd, Venus reaches its own sign in your tenth at 00:37 on Friday the 4th, and the New Moon forms in that house at 1:10 am on Saturday the 5th. Sunday the 6th is your weekday, with the New Moon two days behind it. A career move begun in this week has more supporting it than one begun in any other.
8–14 June
Your Chandra window runs from 7:47 pm on Wednesday the 9th to 11:17 pm on Friday the 11th, with Mars on the sign alongside — energetic rather than restful, but a good stretch for anything that needs you to act. The hard boundary is Mercury turning retrograde at 11:44 pm on Thursday the 10th: sign, send and file before Thursday evening. Venus enters Rohini in your tenth house on Saturday the 12th, which opens the better half of that transit.
15–21 June
Your ruler changes houses at 6:50 pm on Tuesday the 15th, moving from your tenth to your eleventh at Mithuna Sankranti, and Mercury goes combust in that house at about the same time. Then the Full Moon fills your fifth house at 6:14 am on Saturday the 19th, in a gandanta degree — the fifth is children, study, creative work and what you put your name to, and a lunation there usually surfaces one of those rather than all four. A good week for a performance, a poor one for a contract.
22–28 June
The week the year turns. The Sun is exact with retrograde Mercury in your eleventh house at 1:29 pm on Wednesday the 23rd, Mercury reverses into Mrigashira at 9:03 pm on Thursday the 24th, and then Jupiter arrives on Simha Rashi at 4:48 am on Saturday the 26th. Venus leaves your tenth at 2:35 pm on Monday the 28th. Sunday the 27th is your weekday and falls the day after Jupiter’s ingress — the natural day to mark it.
29–30 June
Two days with both Mars and Jupiter on your rashi, 25° and more apart. Mars enters Uttara Phalguni at 00:38 on Tuesday the 29th. The month closes on Wednesday the 30th with Jupiter at 0°51′ of Leo, Mars at 27°44′, Saturn debilitated at 2°18′ of Aries in your ninth, and Mercury still retrograde in your eleventh.
Career and Money for Simha Rashi
June is the strongest career month a Simha reader gets this year, and the reason is a stack rather than a single transit: the New Moon in the tenth house on the 5th, Venus dignified in the same house for twenty-four days, your ruler the Sun there until the 15th, Mars supplying drive from the rashi, and Saturn stepping out of the eighth house on the 3rd. If there is an application, a pitch or a promotion conversation waiting, the first two weeks are where it belongs. Our career remedies page has the standing observances.
Money is more mixed, and the mix is worth reading carefully. Your eleventh house of gains holds retrograde Mercury all month, the Sun from the 15th and Venus from the 28th — three planets in the house of income, which is a lot of activity, but with the strongest of them moving backwards and burnt. Expect a figure to be revised, an agreed amount to be reopened, or a payment to arrive later than promised. Your second house of money is empty all month, and Saturn debilitated in your ninth is not a fortune transit. The practical instruction is the same one Mercury always gives: get the number in writing before the 10th. See the financial remedies page.
Home, Family and Partnership
Your fourth house, Scorpio, is empty for all thirty days, and its lord Mars is on your own rashi — so domestic energy is being spent on you rather than on the house. Your second house of family is also empty. The domestic reading for June is therefore quiet by omission, with one caveat: Mars on the rashi for thirty days makes a Simha reader the loudest person in the room, and Purva Phalguni does not make that quieter, only more charming.
Your seventh house, Aquarius, is empty all month too, but its lord Saturn changes signs on the 3rd and arrives debilitated. That reads as a partner under pressure from their own circumstances rather than from you — and once Saturn steps out of your eighth house, a shared financial or inherited matter that had been dragging tends to loosen. For a Simha reader considering marriage, engagement or a partnership agreement, the arithmetic favours 4 to 15 June: Venus dignified in the tenth, Mercury still direct, and the Sun not yet burning it. Every day of June is open. The marriage muhurat page for June 2027 lists the qualifying dates, griha pravesh works the housewarming arithmetic, and the vehicle page covers a purchase. Venus goes combust on 6 July 2027 and the marriage calendar closes until 17 September, so the choice is early June or the autumn.
Health
Mars on the rashi for thirty consecutive days is the health headline, and it is a specific one: heat, inflammation, a strained muscle, a cut, an old injury announcing itself. Mars in the second half of Leo also has a traditional association with the heart and the upper back, which for a Simha reader is worth taking as a nudge towards moderation rather than as a prediction. The counterweight is genuinely good — Saturn leaving your eighth house on the 3rd, after two and a half years, is the transit most likely to lift a chronic complaint.
Your sixth house of illness holds Rahu all month, changing pada on the 12th, and the Full Moon of the 19th falls in your fifth rather than your sixth — so the month does not force a health matter to a head. The useful window for beginning anything is 7:47 pm on Wednesday 9 June to 11:17 pm on Friday 11 June, your Chandra days, before Mercury stations. Physical caution belongs in the last week, when Mars is above 25° and moving into Uttara Phalguni.
Remedies for Simha Rashi in June 2027
Four conditions: Mars on the rashi for all thirty days, Jupiter arriving on the rashi on the 26th in Ketu’s nakshatra, Saturn leaving your eighth house on the 3rd and arriving debilitated in your ninth, and Mercury retrograde and burnt in your eleventh.
- Mangal worship on the Tuesdays — 1, 8, 15, 22 and 29 June: five of them, with Mars on your own rashi throughout. Red flowers, jaggery, physical service rather than a purchase; Hanuman Chalisa if that is your practice. See weak-Mars remedies and Tuesday fasting.
- Surya worship on the Sundays — 6, 13, 20 and 27 June: the Sun rules Simha Rashi and spends the month in your tenth and eleventh houses. Water offered at sunrise facing east, wheat or jaggery given away, and no argument before noon. The 27th falls the day after Jupiter reaches your sign.
- Guru worship on the Thursdays — 3, 10, 17 and 24 June: the last four before Jupiter arrives on your rashi. Turmeric, chana dal, yellow given to a teacher rather than kept — and the 24th is the one to keep properly, two days before the ingress. See weak-Jupiter remedies and Thursday fasting.
- Saturday observance for Shani — 5, 12, 19 and 26 June: the month Saturn leaves your eighth house. Sesame oil, black til, a peepal lamp after sundown; the 5th, the first Saturday after the ingress, is the one to mark. Forms on the Shani remedies page and Saturday fasting.
- Ketu observance, because of Magha: Jupiter enters Ketu’s nakshatra on the 26th and stays in it well past June, and Ketu itself is in your twelfth house until 24 June 2028. Sesame, a grey or multicoloured cloth given away, food offered to a dog. The joint forms are on our Rahu–Ketu observances page, since Rahu sits in your sixth.
- Get the number in writing before Thursday the 10th: not a ritual, just the practical reading. Mercury turns retrograde in your house of income at 11:44 pm that day and is burnt from the 15th. Anything with a figure or a date in it belongs on paper in the first ten days.
- Spend the tenth-house window: the New Moon of the 5th and Venus dignified in your tenth to the 28th is the best career opening of your year. Ask, apply, put your name forward. A remedy you do not use is a transit wasted.
In Summary
For Simha Rashi, June 2027 is a month of arrivals on your own sign. Mars is on the rashi for all thirty days and spends twenty-seven of them in the single nakshatra Purva Phalguni, Venus’s star — drive with the edge taken off it. Jupiter joins at 4:48 am on Saturday 26 June, losing the exaltation it will not have again until 2038, and entering Magha, Ketu’s nakshatra, at the same instant. The two share the sign without ever conjoining: 25°04′ apart on the 26th, 26°53′ by the 30th.
The largest change, though, is a departure. Saturn leaves your eighth house on 3 June after two and a half years in it. It arrives debilitated in your ninth, reaches only 3°38′ before turning retrograde in August, and steps back into your eighth from 20 October to 23 February 2028 — so treat June to October as a reprieve to be used rather than an ending.
Two windows are worth keeping. 4 to 15 June — Venus dignified in your tenth house, the New Moon there on the 5th, your ruler still in the house, Mercury still direct — is the best career and agreement stretch of the year. And 7:47 pm on Wednesday 9 June to 11:17 pm on Friday 11 June, your Chandra days, is the best beginning, falling just before Mercury stations on the 10th. All of this is sign-level; where in Leo your natal Moon sits decides whether Mars crosses it this month at all. For more, read May’s reading, what Simha Rashi settles and what the pada decides, and our page on Mars.
Mars crosses 12°49′ to 27°44′ of Leo in June 2027
Whether it crosses your natal Moon’s degree — and whether Jupiter’s arrival on the 26th reaches it — depends on where in Simha Rashi that degree falls.
