Taurus Rashifal September 2027 (Vrishabha Rashi): Your Ruler Is Combust or Debilitated on All Four Fridays
Published 2026-08-22 | Live Pandit Ji
September 2027 has thirty days and four Fridays — the 3rd, the 10th, the 17th and the 24th. Venus rules Vrishabha Rashi and rules Friday, and on every one of those four days it is compromised. On the 3rd it is combust. On the 10th it is combust and debilitated. The 17th is the day its combustion ends, and it is debilitated. On the 24th it is finally visible, and still debilitated.
The mechanics are simple enough to check. Venus has been behind the Sun since 6 July; Shukra asta ends on 17 September. And at 2:36 pm on Thursday 9 September Venus crosses from Leo into Virgo, the one sign in which it is debilitated, and stays there for the rest of the month. So the two weaknesses overlap for eight days and then hand over to each other. Your ruler does not have a clean day in September.
The rest of the month is unusually quiet by comparison, and that is also a fact rather than an impression: September 2027 contains no exact conjunctions at all. August had eight. For Vrishabha this leaves two structures to read — a weakened ruler moving from your fourth house to your fifth, and Saturn sitting debilitated and retrograde in your twelfth for all thirty days.
Saturn in the Twelfth: the Opening Leg of Sade Sati
Saturn is in Aries, the sign of its debilitation, for the whole month, and it is retrograde every day of it — moving from 3°13′ to 1°30′ of Ashwini, a loss of one degree forty-three minutes in thirty days. For Vrishabha, Aries is the twelfth house, and Saturn transiting the twelfth from the janma rashi is the first of the three legs of Sade Sati.
That is worth stating plainly rather than dramatically. The opening leg is generally the mildest of the three, and it works on the twelfth house’s own subjects: expenditure, sleep, travel away from home, hospitals, and the slow business of letting go of things you have held. Debilitated, Saturn does this less efficiently and more uncomfortably. Retrograde, it does it twice.
The practical signature for Taurus — a sign that holds on to what it has — is an outflow you did not plan and cannot fully justify, and a tiredness that has no obvious cause. Neither is a punishment. Both are the twelfth house doing its work. See our Shani remedies, Saturday fasting and Shani dosh pages.
Your Fourth House Empties as Your Fifth Fills
September opens with three planets in Leo — your fourth house of home, mother and property. The Sun is there in its own sign, Venus is there, and Jupiter is there for all thirty days. Then it drains: Venus leaves at 2:36 pm on Thursday 9 September, the Sun at 2:04 pm on Friday 17 September. From the 17th onward, Jupiter holds your fourth house alone.
The date that matters inside that is 15 September, when Guru asta ends and Jupiter becomes visible again after a month behind the Sun. A visible Jupiter in the fourth house is the best thing September gives Vrishabha: it is the classical support for property, for the mother, and for the sense that the place you live is actually yours. Jupiter runs 13°33′ to 19°58′ of Purva Phalguni across the month, entirely inside that house.
Everything that leaves the fourth goes into the fifth. Virgo is your fifth house of children, creativity and study, and it already holds Mercury, exalted, until 6:15 pm on Tuesday 21 September. Venus joins it debilitated on the 9th, the Sun on the 17th, and the New Moon forms there at 8:06 am on Thursday 30 September. So the second half of September moves your attention from the house to the people in it — children especially.
A Full Moon in Your Tenth House
The Full Moon forms at 4:33 am on Thursday 16 September at 28°36′ of Aquarius, in Purva Bhadrapada pada 3 — your tenth house of career, status and public standing. It forms with the Moon two hours forty minutes from the end of its stay in Aquarius, and Pitru Paksha begins the day before it.
A tenth-house Full Moon is the clearest career signal a month can carry: something you have been working on becomes visible to the people whose opinion matters. It is a reading rather than a change — a Full Moon shows you where you actually stand. For Vrishabha in September that is genuinely useful, because your tenth house is otherwise empty all month and its lord, Saturn, is debilitated and retrograde in your twelfth.
The two lunations of the month bracket Pitru Paksha exactly: from 4:33 am on the 16th to 8:06 am on the 30th is fourteen days and three and a half hours, and that is the whole ancestral fortnight. The New Moon instant is also where Sarva Pitru Amavasya ends and Sharad Navratri begins — one moment on the clock, not three.
Mars Alone in Your Sixth for All Thirty Days
Mars holds Libra — your sixth house of health, debt, disputes and daily work — for the entire month, and it is the only planet there until the 21st. It covers just over twenty degrees, from 4°54′ of Chitra to 25°05′ of Vishakha, entering Swati at 4:44 pm on Friday 3 September and Vishakha at 2:51 pm on Thursday 23 September.
The sixth is an upachaya house — one of the growth houses — and it is the one place a malefic is genuinely useful. Mars in the sixth is the transit for winning a dispute, clearing a debt, or finally attacking a health problem you have tolerated. Taurus tends to wait these things out; September is the month where waiting costs more than acting.
Mercury moves in behind it at 6:15 pm on Tuesday 21 September, leaving its own exaltation in your fifth house to do so. Mercury in the sixth is the paperwork half of the same job: the letter, the claim, the record, the second opinion. The 21st to the 30th is the best stretch of September for anything that needs both force and precision.
The Month’s Fixed Points
- Wednesday 1 September — three planets in your fourth house; Saturn at 3°13′ of Ashwini in your twelfth, debilitated and retrograde, and retrograde every day this month.
- Friday 3 September, 4:44 pm — Mars enters Swati in your sixth house. Hartalika Teej falls on Friday 3 September.
- Saturday 4 September — Ganesh Chaturthi. That day’s panchang.
- Monday 6 September, 12:12 pm — Mercury enters Hasta in your fifth house, still exalted; Venus enters Uttara Phalguni at 10:07 pm.
- Thursday 9 September, 2:36 pm — Venus, your ruler, leaves your fourth house for your fifth and is debilitated there for the rest of the month. Panchang for the day.
- Friday 10 September — the one Friday of the month on which Venus is both combust and debilitated.
- Tuesday 14 September, 3:56 am — the Sun enters Uttara Phalguni in your fourth house. Anant Chaturdashi falls on Tuesday 14 September.
- Wednesday 15 September — Guru asta ends: Jupiter becomes visible again in your fourth house after a month behind the Sun. Pitru Paksha begins on Wednesday 15 September.
- Thursday 16 September, 4:33 am — the Full Moon forms in your tenth house at 28°36′ of Aquarius, in Purva Bhadrapada pada 3; the Moon leaves that sign at 7:13 am. Panchang for the day.
- Friday 17 September, 2:04 pm — Kanya Sankranti: the Sun enters Virgo and your fifth house. Shukra asta ends the same day, so your ruler becomes visible — debilitated. Venus enters Hasta at 3:57 pm.
- Tuesday 21 September, 12:12 am — the Moon arrives on Vrishabha Rashi for fifty-three hours twenty minutes; Mercury leaves your fifth house for your sixth at 6:15 pm, eighteen hours three minutes into that window.
- Thursday 23 September, 2:51 pm — Mars enters Vishakha in your sixth house.
- Monday 27 September, 7:29 pm — the Sun enters Hasta in your fifth house.
- Tuesday 28 September, 9:34 am — Venus enters Chitra in your fifth house; Mercury enters Swati at 5:22 pm in your sixth.
- Thursday 30 September, 8:06 am — the New Moon forms in your fifth house at 12°30′ of Virgo, in Hasta pada 1. Sarva Pitru Amavasya falls on Thursday 30 September. Sharad Navratri begins on Thursday 30 September. Panchang for the day.
Week by Week
Thirty days running Wednesday to Thursday. Five Wednesdays and five Thursdays; only four each of Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, Friday and Saturday. Venus rules your sign and rules Friday, and September gives you four of them — with your ruler compromised on all four.
1–7 September
Your fourth house is still full: the Sun in its own sign, Venus, and Jupiter. Mars enters Swati in your sixth at 4:44 pm on Friday the 3rd, and Mercury enters Hasta in your fifth at 12:12 pm on Monday the 6th. Hartalika Teej falls on Friday 3 September. Ganesh Chaturthi falls on Saturday 4 September. Do the domestic thing in this week — the household task, the visit to the mother, the room that needs sorting.
8–14 September
Your ruler weakens. Venus crosses into Virgo and debilitation at 2:36 pm on Thursday the 9th, and Friday the 10th is the one day of the month on which it is both combust and debilitated — a poor day for anything to do with money, comfort, jewellery or appearances. The Sun enters Uttara Phalguni at 3:56 am on Tuesday the 14th. Anant Chaturdashi falls on Tuesday 14 September. Postpone purchases; keep the week practical.
15–21 September
The best week of the month, and the busiest. Jupiter comes out of combustion in your fourth house on Wednesday the 15th; the Full Moon forms in your tenth at 4:33 am on Thursday the 16th; Kanya Sankranti moves the Sun into your fifth house at 2:04 pm on Friday the 17th, the same day Venus becomes visible. Pitru Paksha begins on Wednesday 15 September. Then the Moon arrives on Vrishabha at 12:12 am on Tuesday the 21st for fifty-three hours twenty minutes. Make the professional move on the 16th and use the Moon’s window from the 21st for anything personal.
22–28 September
A working week in the best sense. Mercury reached your sixth house at 6:15 pm on the 21st and Mars enters Vishakha there at 2:51 pm on Thursday the 23rd — force and precision in the same house, in the house that rewards both. The Sun enters Hasta at 7:29 pm on Monday the 27th and Venus enters Chitra at 9:34 am on Tuesday the 28th. Settle the dispute, file the claim, book the appointment.
29–30 September
The New Moon forms in your fifth house at 8:06 am on Thursday the 30th at 12°30′ of Virgo, in Hasta pada 1 — the same instant that closes Pitru Paksha and opens Sharad Navratri. Sarva Pitru Amavasya falls on Thursday 30 September. A fifth-house lunation is a good beginning for anything to do with a child, a course of study, or creative work you have been putting off.
Career and Money for Vrishabha Rashi
Career gets one strong date and otherwise runs on its own. Your tenth house is Aquarius, empty for all thirty days, and its lord Saturn is debilitated and retrograde in your twelfth — so the structural support is weak. Against that, the Full Moon of 4:33 am on 16 September lands squarely in that tenth house. Treat the week of the 16th as the month’s one professional opening and prepare for it rather than reacting to it. See our career remedies page.
Money needs care for a specific reason: Venus rules both your sign and your money, and it is compromised for the whole month. Vrishabha usually manages a weak Venus by spending — on comfort, on quality, on the thing that will last. In September that instinct is the trap, because a debilitated Venus reliably overpays. Postpone the significant purchase to October, when Venus leaves Virgo.
Where September does pay is the sixth house. Mars there all month and Mercury from the 21st is the best combination the year offers for recovering money owed to you, closing a loan, or renegotiating a recurring cost. And the twelfth-house Saturn is the reason to audit outflows: an unplanned expense in this month is the transit, not bad luck. See our financial remedies page.
Home, Family and Partnership
Home is where the month is kind. Three planets stand in your fourth house at the start of September, and Jupiter holds it all thirty days — becoming visible again on the 15th. That is the classical signature for a property matter moving forward, for the mother’s wellbeing, and for the household feeling settled. The griha pravesh page for September 2027 and the business and property page set out which formal dates are available and why.
Partnership is quieter. Your seventh house is Scorpio, empty all month, ruled by that Mars in your sixth — so what happens with a partner in September happens through practical matters: shared work, money owed, a health issue, a dispute settled. The wedding calendar itself stays shut: Chaturmas runs through September and the formal season does not reopen until Devuthani Ekadashi in November. Both benefics emerge from combustion mid-month, which matters for engagements and family discussions without opening a muhurat. See the marriage muhurat page for September 2027.
Children and study get the second half. Mercury exalted in your fifth house until the 21st, Venus and the Sun arriving there, and a New Moon in that house on the 30th. If a child’s education, a course, or a creative project needs a decision, the fifth house is unusually well attended from the 17th onwards — with the caveat that Venus there is debilitated, so choose substance over prestige.
Health
Two transits to read together. Saturn debilitated and retrograde in your twelfth house is the classical signature for low-grade fatigue, disturbed sleep and complaints that do not resolve into a diagnosis — the twelfth house governs hospitals and rest. And Mars in your sixth house for all thirty days is the transit that brings a problem to a head. Together they say: something has been tolerated too long, and September is where it gets addressed.
That is a favourable reading, not a warning. Mars in the sixth is for attacking a problem, and Mercury joining it on the 21st is for getting the details right. Vrishabha’s classical weak points are the throat, the neck and the thyroid, and a debilitated Venus adds to sugar and to appetite. Your Chandra window — 12:12 am on 21 September to 5:32 am on 23 September, fifty-three hours twenty minutes — is the month’s best stretch for rest, and brahma muhurta on the 21st and 22nd are its two best mornings.
Remedies for Vrishabha Rashi in September 2027
Four conditions define the month: your ruler combust, debilitated or both on every Friday; Saturn debilitated and retrograde in your twelfth house, the opening leg of Sade Sati; Jupiter becoming visible again in your fourth house on the 15th; and a Full Moon in your tenth house at 4:33 am on the 16th, in a month that contains no exact conjunctions at all.
- Shukra practice on the four Fridays — 3, 10, 17 and 24 September: your ruler is compromised on all four, and worst on the 10th. White flowers, ghee, rice, and something given rather than bought. See Shukra remedies and Friday fasting.
- Postpone the significant purchase to October: a debilitated Venus overpays, and Venus rules both your sign and your money. This is the single most useful line on this page for a Taurus native.
- Shani observance on the four Saturdays — 4, 11, 18 and 25 September: Saturn is debilitated and retrograde in your twelfth, the first leg of Sade Sati. Sesame oil, black til, mustard oil to a peepal after sundown, and service to someone older. See Shani remedies, Saturday fasting and the Sade Sati page.
- Prepare for the 16th: a Full Moon in the tenth house is the month’s one clear professional opening, and your tenth house is empty otherwise. Have the work ready before the date rather than after it.
- Use Mars in the sixth while it is there: all thirty days, with Mercury joining from the 21st. Recover what is owed, settle the dispute, book the appointment. Waiting is what costs in September.
- Guru practice on the five Thursdays — 2, 9, 16, 23 and 30 September: Jupiter is in your fourth house all month and visible again from the 15th, so it is combust on the first two Thursdays and clear on the last three. Chana dal, turmeric, yellow cloth, and something taught to someone younger. See Guru remedies and Thursday fasting.
- Audit the quiet outflows: Saturn in the twelfth for thirty days is a transit about expenditure you have stopped examining. Look at the recurring costs once, properly, in the first week.
In Summary
For Vrishabha Rashi, September 2027 is a month in which your own ruler never gets a clean day. Venus is combust until 17 September and debilitated in Virgo from 2:36 pm on Thursday 9 September to the end of the month, so on each of the four Fridays — the 3rd, 10th, 17th and 24th — it is combust, debilitated, or both. Friday the 10th is the day both conditions hold at once. And the sky offers no exact conjunctions at all this month, after eight in August.
Around that, the month has a clean structure. Your fourth house of home begins with three planets and empties to Jupiter alone by the 17th — and Jupiter comes out of combustion there on 15 September, which is the best news the month carries. Everything that leaves the fourth arrives in your fifth: Mercury exalted there until 6:15 pm on 21 September, Venus from the 9th, the Sun from Kanya Sankranti at 2:04 pm on 17 September, and a New Moon there at 8:06 am on 30 September.
The two structural difficulties are Saturn, debilitated and retrograde in your twelfth house for all thirty days as the opening leg of Sade Sati, and the absence of any support in your tenth house except the Full Moon of 4:33 am on Thursday 16 September — which is precisely why that date is worth preparing for. Mars, meanwhile, spends the whole month alone in your sixth house, covering twenty degrees, which is the best transit of the year for clearing something you have tolerated. All of this is sign-level. Which of the nine Vrishabha padas holds your natal Moon, where Venus and Saturn sit in your own chart, and which dasha is running decide how much of it reaches you. For more, read August’s reading, what Vrishabha Rashi settles and what the pada decides, and our Sade Sati page.
A compromised ruler on every Friday of the month
Whether a combust and then debilitated Venus reads as a month of overspending or a month of useful restraint depends on which of your padas holds the natal Moon and where Venus sits in your own chart — a sign-level reading cannot settle that.
