Yellow Sapphire is the Pisces primary stone, because Jupiter rules Pisces (Meena) and owns the 1st and the 10th from it. So the pairing a Pisces native is most likely to consider is emerald with yellow sapphire, and whether that is allowed depends on how Mercury and Jupiter rate each other.

Jupiter counts Mercury an enemy while Mercury rates Jupiter neutral.
