Pisces Rashifal February 2027 (Meena Rashi): Saturn Crosses 16° to 19° of Your Rashi at Sade Sati’s Peak

Published 2026-08-20 | Live Pandit Ji

Most rashifal writing about Sade Sati is vague on purpose, because the specific version is harder to write. So here is the specific version for February 2027. Saturn is on Meena Rashi all month, moving forward from 16°01′ to 18°49′ of Pisces. If your natal Moon falls anywhere inside that stretch, Saturn passes directly over it this month, and that is the sharpest form the transit takes. If your Moon is below 16°01′, Saturn has already crossed it. If it is above 18°49′, the crossing is still ahead of you.

Saturn on the natal Moon sign is the second and heaviest of Sade Sati’s three phases — the peak. The counterweight, and it is a real one, is that Jupiter, which rules Meena Rashi, spends February exalted in Cancer, in your fifth house. Your sign is carrying the hardest Saturn transit there is while its own ruler stands at the strongest position it can occupy. Both facts are true at once, and a reading that gives you only one of them is not worth much.

The Peak Phase, and the Zodiac’s Last Nakshatra

Sade Sati runs while Saturn transits the twelfth, first and second houses from the natal Moon — about seven and a half years in total. Saturn is in your first house now, which is the middle phase, and it is direct all February, so the movement is steady rather than back and forth.

On Monday 8 February Saturn crosses 16°40′ of Pisces and enters Revati — the twenty-seventh and final nakshatra of the zodiac, whose lord is Mercury, whose deity is Pushan, and beyond which there is nothing left but the return to Ashwini at 0° Aries. Saturn stays in Revati for the rest of its time in your sign. There is something structurally apt about the peak of a Saturn cycle running through the last nakshatra of the circle, and it is not merely poetic: Revati’s dispositor Mercury turns retrograde two days later, on the 9th, which means the nakshatra carrying your Sade Sati is run by a reversed planet for most of the month. Things you thought were concluded come back to be concluded again.

The dates ahead are worth writing down precisely, because the peak does not end cleanly. Saturn leaves Pisces for Aries on 3 June 2027, which ends the peak and begins the third phase — Aries being the second house from Meena — so Sade Sati itself continues. Saturn then retrogrades back into Pisces on 20 October 2027, which resumes the peak for a few months, and finally settles into Aries on 23 February 2028. From that point the third phase runs uninterrupted through Saturn’s stay in Aries.

What the peak actually costs, in ordinary terms: energy, sleep, and the sense of having room. Responsibilities arrive that are not yours by choice. Health needs more maintenance than it used to. Recognition comes late and smaller than expected. What it also does — and this is the part the frightening version of the transit leaves out — is remove the arrangements that were only being held together by your effort. Some of those you will miss. Most of them you will not.

Your Ruler, Exalted, in the Fifth House

Cancer is the fifth house from Pisces, and Jupiter is exalted there for every day of February, retrograde, moving from 29°09′ back to 25°32′. It never leaves one nakshatra: Ashlesha spans 16°40′ to 30° of Cancer, and the whole visit fits inside it.

An exalted Jupiter in the fifth is close to the best placement in the entire chart. The fifth is children, education, creative work, devotion, and the fruits of past merit — and Jupiter is the natural significator of most of that. For Meena natives this is a strong transit for a child’s progress, for study, for teaching, and for any creative work that has been waiting. It holds until 26 June 2027, and Jupiter does not return to Cancer until 2038.

Ketu is in the same house, closing from 26°59′ to 25°30′, and the two converge to an exact conjunction on Monday 1 March at 25°27′ of Cancer. The classical Guru Chandal yoga is Jupiter with Rahu; whether it extends to Jupiter with Ketu is disputed between later authorities, so the label is better left alone rather than asserted as settled. The arithmetic is not in dispute. Ketu’s nature being detachment, in the fifth house with an exalted Jupiter, the plain reading is that guidance and letting go arrive together — often as a change in what you believe rather than a change in what you do.

One honest limit on the exaltation: Jupiter turns direct on 13 April 2027 at 7:58 am at 22°45′ of Cancer, and that is the deepest point of the whole visit. So it never comes within seventeen degrees of its parama uchcha at 5° of Cancer. The strength is real; it is not the maximal version of it. And Mars reverses into that same fifth house at 12:30 am on 10 March, debilitated in Cancer and retrograde — so February is the clean stretch.

The Eleventh House Takes Three Arrivals

Capricorn is your eleventh house — gains, friendships, networks, elder siblings — and it is the busiest house in your February chart. Rahu sits there all month at roughly 26°. The New Moon forms there at 9:26 pm on Saturday 6 February at 23°24′, 3°16′ short of Rahu, both in the first pada of Dhanishta. The Sun crosses Rahu’s exact degree at 11:05 pm on Tuesday 9 February. And then, on Wednesday the 24th, both Mercury and Venus arrive — Mercury reversing in at 4:46 am, Venus walking in at 3:11 pm.

The eleventh is one of the four upachaya or growth houses, and this much traffic through it is genuinely useful in a Sade Sati year: income and support come through people this month rather than through effort. The caution is Rahu, which inflates what the eleventh house promises. An opportunity presented in the first ten days of February will look larger than it is; the same opportunity re-examined in the last week, with Venus in the house, will show its actual size.

A Full Moon in the Sixth, on Retrograde Mars

Leo is the sixth house from Pisces, and Mars is retrograde in it all month, retreating from 13°06′ to 3°11′ entirely inside Magha. The Full Moon forms on it at 4:53 am on Sunday 21 February, at 7°51′ of Leo, 1°51′ from Mars at 6°00′.

Mars in the sixth is classically a strong placement — the sixth is a house of conflict, and Mars is at home in conflict — so this is one of the few Mars-retrograde configurations that is not simply a warning. It favours winning a dispute by attrition rather than by force. The Full Moon of the 21st brings whatever the dispute is to a head, and in a Sade Sati year the sixth house also means health, so the same date is the one to watch for a flare-up of something chronic. Magha’s deities are the Pitrs, the ancestors, and its lord Ketu sits in your fifth house with Jupiter. Mars turns direct on 1 April 2027 at 7:42 pm.

Week by Week

1–7 February: The Opening Week

Mercury is still direct, so this is the week for anything that has to be agreed once. The New Moon of Saturday the 6th falls in your eleventh house of gains — a reasonable date to approach a network, and a poor one to accept the first number offered. Saturn enters Revati on your own sign early on the Monday morning.

8–14 February: The Turn

Tuesday the 9th holds two events inside the same minute — Mercury’s station at 11:05 pm and the Sun on Rahu at 11:05 pm. That proximity is a coincidence of the calendar rather than a classical yoga, but it is still a bad night for signing anything. The Sun moves into your twelfth house on Saturday the 13th at 10:04 am, which lowers the energy for the second half of the month.

15–21 February: The Low Stretch

The Sun and a retrograde Mercury are both in your twelfth house and meet exactly on Thursday the 18th at 10:09 pm. A twelfth-house Sun in a Sade Sati year is the tiredest configuration of the month, and it ends with the Full Moon in your sixth house before dawn on Sunday the 21st. Protect sleep this week the way you would protect an appointment.

22–28 February: The Recovery

Wednesday the 24th moves both Mercury and Venus into your eleventh house, and the last four days are the best of the month — support arrives through people, and the conversations that stalled in the middle of February become possible again. Mercury is still retrograde until 3 March, so finish rather than launch.

Work, Money and Health

Venus is in your tenth house of career until 3:11 pm on Wednesday the 24th, which is quietly the best professional signature available to Meena Rashi this month — Venus in the tenth makes work pleasant and colleagues cooperative, and it is the reason February can be productive despite the Saturn transit. Use the first three weeks for anything that depends on goodwill at work; after the 24th that support moves to your eleventh house and turns into gains instead.

Money follows the eleventh house this month, and the eleventh house is busy: a New Moon, the Sun on Rahu, then Mercury and Venus. The pattern is that income arrives through relationships rather than through additional effort, which is worth knowing during a Sade Sati peak when additional effort is exactly what you do not have. Do not commit to the number quoted in the first ten days, though — Rahu inflates it.

Health is where Sade Sati’s peak shows first, and February hands you three separate reasons to take it seriously: Saturn on the rashi, the Sun in your twelfth house from the 13th, and a Full Moon in your sixth house of illness on Sunday the 21st, on a retrograde Mars. None of that is a prediction of anything specific — it is the standard reading, and the standard response is the right one. Get the check-up, keep the training load flat until Mars turns direct on 1 April 2027, and treat sleep as the intervention rather than as the thing you cut.

Remedies for Meena Rashi in February 2027

The list is ordered by weight, and the weight is obvious: Saturn on your own rashi in the peak phase of Sade Sati, an exalted ruler in the fifth house worth leaning on, and Rahu inflating an otherwise generous eleventh house.

  • Saturday observance for Shani — 6, 13, 20 and 27 February: Saturn is on Meena Rashi in the peak phase of Sade Sati, advancing from 16°01′ to 18°49′. Sesame oil and iron, black til, and a lamp under a peepal after sundown. Our Sade Sati page explains the phases, the Sade Sati remedies give the practice, and Saturday fasting is the usual discipline.
  • Hanuman Chalisa daily, not only on Tuesdays: the standard prescription for Sade Sati’s peak, and the reason it is standard is that it is sustainable. A short practice kept for months outperforms an elaborate one kept for a week — which is, in effect, Saturn’s own argument.
  • Guru worship on the Thursdays — 4, 11, 18 and 25 February: Jupiter rules Meena Rashi and is exalted in your fifth house until 26 June 2027, with no return to Cancer before 2038. Strengthening the lord of your sign is the most direct help available while Saturn sits on it. Turmeric, chana dal, a yellow cloth, and something given to a teacher; the weak-Jupiter remedies set out the forms.
  • Put the fifth house to work: a child’s education, your own study, or a creative project shelved years ago. An exalted fifth-house Jupiter is the transit that makes those move, and it is the part of February that has nothing to do with endurance.
  • Do not accept the first number in the first ten days: Rahu holds your eleventh house, the New Moon of the 6th forms 3°16′ from it and the Sun crosses it exactly on the 9th. Re-examine the offer in the last week of February instead. The Rahu–Ketu page covers the measures.
  • Protect sleep through the week of the 15th: the Sun enters your twelfth house on the 13th and meets a retrograde Mercury there on the 18th. In a Sade Sati peak this is the specific week fatigue compounds.
  • Attend to health around Sunday the 21st: the Full Moon lands in your sixth house of illness, 1°51′ from a retrograde Mars. Not a prediction — a reason to have the appointment already booked.
  • Wednesday care with words — 3, 10, 17 and 24 February: Mercury is retrograde from the 9th and rules Revati, the nakshatra Saturn occupies on your own sign from the 8th. Read documents twice, and prefer writing to speech. Mercury turns direct on 3 March, itself a Wednesday.
  • Remembrance of the ancestors around the 21st: the Full Moon falls in Magha, whose deities are the Pitrs, and Magha’s lord Ketu sits with your exalted ruler in the fifth house. Water offered facing south and a simple tarpan; see the Pitra Dosh page.

In Summary

February 2027 is a month of two accurate and opposite statements for Meena Rashi. Saturn is on your rashi in the peak phase of Sade Sati, advancing from 16°01′ to 18°49′ of Pisces and entering Revati — the final nakshatra of the zodiac — on Monday the 8th. If your natal Moon lies between those two degrees, this is the month Saturn passes over it. At the same time your own ruler, Jupiter, is exalted in your fifth house, holding until 26 June 2027 and not returning until 2038.

The practical division of the month follows from that. Endurance belongs to the first three weeks, and especially to the week of the 15th, when the Sun joins a retrograde Mercury in your twelfth house and meets it exactly at 10:09 pm on Thursday the 18th. Relief belongs to the last five days, when Mercury and Venus both reach your eleventh house of gains on Wednesday the 24th. The single date to be careful with is Sunday the 21st, when the Full Moon forms at 4:53 am at 7°51′ of Leo in your sixth house, 1°51′ from a retrograde Mars.

Looking past February: the peak phase ends when Saturn reaches Aries on 3 June 2027, at which point Sade Sati continues in its third phase; Saturn retrogrades back onto your sign on 20 October 2027, resuming the peak; and it settles into Aries on 23 February 2028. So the hardest part of the cycle has a genuine end, and it is closer than it feels.

Whether Saturn crosses your Moon this month comes down to a single degree, and which of Meena’s three nakshatras your Moon occupies decides the rest — Purva Bhadrapada answers to Jupiter, Uttara Bhadrapada to Saturn, and Revati to Mercury, which is where Saturn now sits. The pada-level treatment of Meena Rashi works that through, the Jupiter transit guide follows your ruler’s longer arc, and January’s reading covers the run-up.

Does Saturn cross your Moon in February?

Saturn covers 16°01′ to 18°49′ of Pisces this month. Whether your natal Moon sits inside that arc is the difference between a hard month and an ordinary one — and it takes a chart to know.
