That is a stricter line than this page takes, and the difference is worth naming. The Aquarius page puts 11th-lordship on its avoid side, and it does so consistently — in all twelve places on the grid where a graha owns the 11th from an ascendant, its stone is on that ascendant's avoid list and never on its good one. The trikona and dusthana test this page runs says nothing about the 11th in either direction. Nothing else in the derivation points against yellow sapphire here either, so the honest position is that the two pages differ and this one does not overrule the other.

Wearing It Alongside Blue Sapphire

Blue Sapphire is the Aquarius primary stone, because Saturn rules Aquarius (Kumbha) and owns the 1st and the 12th from it. So the pairing an Aquarius native is most likely to consider is yellow sapphire with blue sapphire, and whether that is allowed depends on how Jupiter and Saturn rate each other.

Jupiter rates Saturn a neutral, and Saturn rates Jupiter a neutral. No enmity in either direction, so the combination is permitted.

On yellow sapphire generally: Widely regarded as the safest of the nine to wear, which is why it is over-prescribed. It still strengthens one specific graha and should match your chart.
