Libra Rashifal November 2027 (Tula Rashi): A Debilitated Sun Stands on Your Sign for Sixteen Days, and Mercury Joins It for Eleven of Them

Published 2026-08-22 | Live Pandit Ji

Libra is the sign in which the Sun is weakest, and in November 2027 it is standing there. For Tula Rashi that means a debilitated Sun on your own sign for the first sixteen days of the month, until Vrishchika Sankranti takes it into your second house at 1:53 am on Wednesday 17 November.

That reads worse than it is, and the reason is arithmetic. The classical deepest point of the Sun’s debilitation is the tenth degree of Libra. On 1 November the Sun is already at 13°52′ of Swati, past that point and moving away from it at about a degree a day. This is a debilitation that is receding for every one of its sixteen days, not deepening.

And it is not standing there alone. Mercury arrives on Tula at 5:06 pm on Friday 5 November and stays until 12:25 am on Friday 26 November, so the Sun and Mercury share your sign for eleven days, eight hours and forty-seven minutes. Whether that is a help or a problem depends entirely on one question, and the answer this month is unusually clean.

Mercury Sits With the Sun and Does Not Go Combust

When Mercury comes close to the Sun it is normally burnt out — asta, combust — and the intelligence it governs turns into noise. That is the usual cost of a Sun–Mercury pairing, and it is why the classical texts treat the combination as promising in principle and disappointing in practice.

So the question is whether Mercury is burnt this time, and the answer is computed rather than assumed. On the 5th, when Mercury arrives, it stands about eighteen and a half degrees from the Sun. On the 17th, when the Sun leaves Tula, it is still about thirteen and three-quarter degrees away. For every hour of the eleven days the two share your sign, Mercury stays outside the twelve-degree orb the classical texts use for asta, and it does not come inside that orb until about the 21st — four days after the Sun has already gone. The wider fourteen-degree figure some texts prefer would clip the final day of the overlap, and this page will not pretend otherwise; on the twelve-degree figure the whole of it is clear. Mercury is also direct for all thirty days, with October’s retrograde behind it, and it covers 41°53′ over the month — more ground than any other planet.

Practically: the sign that governs how you present yourself carries both the planet of authority and the planet of articulation, and the second one is working properly. If there is a case to argue, a negotiation to lead or a document to put your name to, the window from 5:06 pm on the 5th to 1:53 am on the 17th is where the month puts it. Mercury crosses into Swati at 9:30 pm on Wednesday 10 November and into Vishakha at 4:21 pm on Friday 19 November.

The Full Moon Forms Exactly Opposite the Sun on Your Sign

A full moon happens when the Moon stands opposite the Sun. On Sunday 14 November the Sun is still on Tula, at roughly 27° of Libra, and the Full Moon forms in your seventh house at 8:55 am, at 27°18′ of Aries in Krittika pada 1. Aries is the sign opposite yours, so the lunation axis and the axis of your own rashi are the same line.

Only two of the twelve rashis get that this month, and Tula is the one on the solar end of it. What it means concretely is that the fullest lunation of November lights up the house of the other person while the Sun holds the house of yourself. That is the geometry of a relationship reaching its most visible point — a proposal, a public agreement, a confrontation, a decision that involves someone else’s name as much as your own.

Kartik Purnima falls on Sunday 14 November. The panchang for the day has the observances; what the ephemeris adds for Tula is that this is the one day in the month when the seventh house is the brightest thing in your chart.

Jupiter Leaves Your Best House for Your Worst

Jupiter has spent this year in Leo, your eleventh house of gains, income and networks — the house a benefic is happiest in. At 6:03 pm on Friday 26 November it crosses into Virgo, your twelfth house of expense and loss. There is no way to read that as an improvement, and this page is not going to try.

The cost is countable in aspects. Jupiter looks at the fifth, seventh and ninth houses from wherever it stands. From your eleventh those fall on your third, your fifth and your ninth — effort, children and learning, fortune. From your twelfth they fall on your fourth, your sixth and your eighth. You keep one good house and trade two for two dusthanas. Jupiter enters Uttara Phalguni at 8:17 pm on Thursday 4 November, still in the eleventh, and covers only 4°32′ all month.

Two things soften it honestly. The change lands with four days left in November, so most of what it does belongs to December and the year after. And a benefic in the twelfth house is the classical placement for expenditure that buys something — travel, treatment, teaching, a debt cleared — rather than money that simply leaks. What it argues against is signing for a new gain in the last week of the month.

Your Ruler’s Only Exact Meeting Lands Just After the Moon Reaches You

Venus, your ruler, spends the first twenty days in Scorpio, your second house of earned wealth and speech, and crosses into Sagittarius and your third house at 2:03 am on Sunday 21 November, entering Moola at the same instant. It covers 37°20′ over the month and passes into Jyeshtha at 8:02 am on Wednesday 10 November.

Mars travels the same road three days ahead, leaving its own sign and your second house for your third at 8:38 am on Thursday 18 November. November holds exactly one exact conjunction, and it is these two: at 5°13′ of Sagittarius, in your third house, at 7:05 am on Thursday 25 November, in Moola pada 2.

The Moon reaches Tula at 6:32 am that same morning and stays until 12:01 pm on Saturday 27 November — fifty-three hours twenty-nine minutes. So the one exact conjunction of the month happens thirty-three minutes after the Moon arrives on your own sign, with your ruler as one of the two planets involved. For a Venus-ruled sign that is the most favourably arranged instant November has, and it is worth putting something on the calendar for the 25th.

Saturn Spends the Month in the One House That Suits It

Saturn holds Pisces, your sixth house, from the 1st to the 30th, retrograde, moving backwards from 29°05′ to 27°16′ and never leaving Revati pada 4. Thirty days in one quarter of one nakshatra.

The sixth is an upachaya house, one of the four that grow what is put into them, and a malefic there works for you rather than against you: it grinds down debts, rivals, illnesses and disputes instead of creating them. Of the twelve possible houses Saturn could be occupying for Tula this month, this is among the two or three you would choose. It is also not debilitated — Saturn’s debilitation sign is Aries, which it left on 20 October — so this is a slow Saturn, not a weak one.

The practical use of a retrograde Saturn in the sixth is that it rewards grinding, unglamorous persistence on exactly one problem for thirty days: the loan, the case, the chronic complaint, the difficult colleague. It does not reward opening a second front. Our Shani dosh page and Saturday fasting page cover the observance; there are four Saturdays.

The Month’s Fixed Points

  • Monday 1 November — a debilitated Sun at 13°52′ of Swati on your own sign, already past the tenth degree; Mercury exalted at 25°58′ of Chitra in your twelfth; Venus at 5°05′ of Anuradha and Mars at 17°09′ of Jyeshtha in your second, Mars in its own sign; Jupiter at 26°00′ of Purva Phalguni in your eleventh; Saturn retrograde at 29°05′ of Revati in your sixth; Rahu in your fourth, Ketu in your tenth.
  • Thursday 4 November, 8:17 pm — Jupiter enters Uttara Phalguni in your eleventh house. Chhath Puja falls on Thursday 4 November.
  • Friday 5 November, 5:06 pm — Mercury leaves your twelfth house and its exaltation to arrive on Tula Rashi, joining the Sun there. The Moon passes Rahu’s degree in your fourth house the same day.
  • Sunday 7 November, 3:05 am — the Sun enters Vishakha, still on your own sign.
  • Wednesday 10 November, 8:02 am — Venus enters Jyeshtha in your second house; Mercury enters Swati on your own sign at 9:30 pm. Dev Uthani Ekadashi falls on Wednesday 10 November, and Chaturmas ends with it.
  • Sunday 14 November, 8:55 am — the Full Moon forms in your seventh house at 27°18′ of Aries, in Krittika pada 1, exactly opposite the Sun on your sign. Kartik Purnima falls on Sunday 14 November.
  • Wednesday 17 November, 1:53 am — Vrishchika Sankranti: the debilitated Sun leaves your own sign for your second house, ending sixteen days on Tula.
  • Thursday 18 November, 8:38 am — Mars leaves its own sign and your second house for Sagittarius and your third, entering Moola at the same instant.
  • Friday 19 November, 4:21 pm — Mercury enters Vishakha on your own sign. The Moon passes Ketu’s degree in your tenth house the same day.
  • Saturday 20 November, 9:14 am — the Sun enters Anuradha in your second house.
  • Sunday 21 November, 2:03 am — your ruler leaves your second house for your third, entering Moola, following Mars.
  • Thursday 25 November, 6:32 am — the Moon arrives on Tula Rashi for fifty-three hours twenty-nine minutes; thirty-three minutes later, at 7:05 am, Venus and Mars are exact at 5°13′ of Sagittarius in your third house, in Moola pada 2. The only exact conjunction of the month. Panchang for the day.
  • Friday 26 November, 12:25 am — Mercury leaves your own sign for your second house; Jupiter leaves your eleventh house for your twelfth at 6:03 pm.
  • Sunday 28 November, 8:54 am — the New Moon forms in your second house at 11°24′ of Scorpio, in Anuradha pada 3; Mercury enters Anuradha at 3:04 am.
  • Tuesday 30 November — the month closes with the Sun at 14°04′ and Mercury at 7°52′ in your second house, Venus at 12°17′ and Mars at 9°33′ of Moola in your third, Jupiter newly in your twelfth, and Saturn still retrograde in Revati pada 4 in your sixth.

Week by Week

Thirty days from a Monday to a Tuesday, which gives five Mondays and five Tuesdays and four of each remaining weekday. Friday is your ruler’s day and the four of them — the 5th, 12th, 19th and 26th — carry the month’s two biggest sign changes for Tula: Mercury arrives on your sign on the first Friday and Jupiter leaves your best house on the last.

1–7 November

The Sun alone on your sign, then two. Jupiter enters Uttara Phalguni at 8:17 pm on Thursday the 4th; Mercury arrives on Tula at 5:06 pm on Friday the 5th; the Sun enters Vishakha at 3:05 am on Sunday the 7th. Chhath Puja falls on Thursday 4 November. The Moon passes Rahu’s degree in your fourth house on Friday the 5th, published as a day rather than a minute because an intra-sign crossing of a node depends on which node model is used.

8–14 November

The best speaking week of the month, closing on its brightest day. Venus enters Jyeshtha at 8:02 am and Mercury enters Swati at 9:30 pm on Wednesday the 10th; the Full Moon forms in your seventh house at 8:55 am on Sunday the 14th, opposite the Sun on your sign. Dev Uthani Ekadashi falls on Wednesday 10 November. Kartik Purnima falls on Sunday 14 November.

15–21 November

Your sign empties of everything but Mercury. Vrishchika Sankranti moves the debilitated Sun off Tula and into your second house at 1:53 am on Wednesday the 17th; Mars leaves your second for your third at 8:38 am on Thursday the 18th; Mercury enters Vishakha at 4:21 pm on Friday the 19th; the Sun enters Anuradha at 9:14 am on Saturday the 20th; Venus follows Mars into your third at 2:03 am on Sunday the 21st.

22–28 November

The densest week Tula gets. The Moon arrives on your sign at 6:32 am on Thursday the 25th and Venus and Mars are exact in your third house thirty-three minutes later; Mercury crosses into your second at 12:25 am and Jupiter leaves your eleventh for your twelfth at 6:03 pm on Friday the 26th; the Moon leaves your sign at 12:01 pm on Saturday the 27th; the New Moon forms in your second house at 8:54 am on Sunday the 28th.

29–30 November

Two days with nothing scheduled and a materially different chart: your own sign empty for the first time since the 4th, both luminaries and your ruler out of it, and Jupiter no longer in the house of gains.

Career and Money for Tula Rashi

Cancer, your tenth house of career, holds Ketu for all thirty days, from 12°31′ to 10°55′ of Pushya without leaving pada 3. Ketu in the tenth is the classical signature of professional detachment — doing the work competently while caring about it less than you used to, or a recognition arriving that no longer means what it would have. It is not a blocking transit, but it argues against making a change of role the month’s big decision.

Money is better arranged, and the timing is specific. Your second house of earned wealth carries Venus and Mars for the first stretch of the month, then takes the debilitated Sun on the 17th, Mercury on the 26th, and the New Moon on the 28th. A lunation in the second house is a natural place to start an earning cycle rather than close one: a new invoice pattern, a new rate, a new account. The three weeks before it, with your ruler and then your ruler’s handover in that house, are for setting the terms.

Against that, Jupiter leaves your house of gains on the 26th and Rahu holds Capricorn, your fourth house, all month in one pada of Shravana. Rahu in the fourth inflates the appetite for property and for borrowing against it. Read our career remedies, financial remedies and Rahu–Ketu remedies pages, and treat a large purchase in the last week of the month as a decision to postpone rather than accelerate.

Home, Family and Partnership

Partnership is where the month concentrates. Your seventh house takes the Full Moon at 8:55 am on the 14th while the Sun stands on your own sign, which is the geometry of a relationship at full illumination — and full illumination shows what is there rather than changing it. Read the 14th as a day for a conversation you have been circling, not for a surprise.

The wedding calendar reopens mid-month. Dev Uthani Ekadashi falls on Wednesday 10 November, Chaturmas ends with it, and marriage muhurats become available for the first time since July — the marriage muhurat page for November 2027 lists the dates, with ten of the month’s thirty days closed before that. For a Venus-ruled sign the last week is well arranged: your ruler is in a conjunction that is exact on the 25th, and the Moon is on your own sign that morning.

At home, Rahu’s year-long occupation of your fourth house is the standing condition and it does not change in November. What does change is Jupiter’s aspect: from the 26th it starts looking at that house from your twelfth, which tends to turn a property question from an appetite into a plan. The griha pravesh page and the business and property page have the workable dates. Our marriage delay page is the reading if a match has been stalled through Chaturmas.

Health

The Sun on the rashi in its weakest sign is, in practical terms, a vitality transit rather than a disease transit: less reserve, a shorter fuse, more need for sleep than the calendar allows. It is receding all month and it ends at 1:53 am on the 17th, so the first fortnight is the one to protect and the second is the one to spend.

Tula’s standing weak points are the kidneys, the lower back and fluid balance. The useful detail is that Saturn is in your sixth house of illness for all thirty days without moving out of one pada — and a malefic in the sixth works on the side of recovery. A long-running complaint responds better to steady treatment this month than to a new approach. Your eighth house takes no graha at all beyond the Moon’s ordinary passage from 1:42 pm on Sunday the 14th to 5:22 pm on Tuesday the 16th.

Your Chandra window is 6:32 am on 25 November to 12:01 pm on 27 November, and the 26th is its one full day — which is also the day Jupiter changes houses. Read our Shukra remedies and Friday fasting pages, and the Surya remedies page for the first fortnight.

Remedies for Tula Rashi in November 2027

Four conditions define the month: a receding solar debilitation on your own sign until 1:53 am on 17 November; Mercury on that sign from 5:06 pm on 5 November to 12:25 am on 26 November, outside the twelve-degree asta orb for the whole of its overlap with the Sun; the Full Moon of the 14th exactly opposite the Sun, in your seventh house; and Jupiter leaving your house of gains for your house of loss at 6:03 pm on 26 November.

  • Surya practice through the first fortnight: water to the rising sun, jaggery, and an early start. The Sun is on your sign in its weakest dignity until the 17th, and the month’s four Sundays — the 7th, 14th, 21st and 28th — are its days.
  • Put the arguing, writing and negotiating between the 5th and the 17th: Mercury is on your sign with the Sun and never inside twelve degrees of it while both are there.
  • Treat the 14th as a day to hear rather than to announce: the Full Moon lights your seventh house while the Sun holds your first.
  • Commit to the gain before the 26th: Jupiter is in your eleventh house until 6:03 pm that evening and in your twelfth after it.
  • Shukra practice on the four Fridays — 5, 12, 19 and 26 November: white things, something given rather than bought. Your ruler is in an exact conjunction on the 25th, the day before the last of them.
  • Give one problem thirty days of grinding attention, not two problems fifteen each: Saturn is retrograde in your sixth house and never leaves Revati pada 4.
  • Use the 26th to rest, not to launch: it is the single full day of the Moon’s visit to Tula and it is also the day Jupiter changes houses.

In Summary

For Tula Rashi, November 2027 is a month in which the Sun stands at its weakest on your own sign and it barely matters, because it is already past the tenth degree on the 1st and receding for all sixteen of its days. Mercury joins it there at 5:06 pm on Friday 5 November for eleven days, eight hours and forty-seven minutes, and because the gap between them never falls inside twelve degrees while both stand on Tula, that pairing works as advertised for once.

The month’s two brightest instants both involve someone else. The Full Moon forms in your seventh house at 8:55 am on Sunday 14 November, exactly opposite the Sun on your sign. And the only exact conjunction of the month — Venus, your ruler, with Mars at 5°13′ of Sagittarius in Moola pada 2 — lands in your third house at 7:05 am on Thursday 25 November, thirty-three minutes after the Moon arrives on Tula. Against that, Jupiter leaves your house of gains at 6:03 pm on Friday 26 November, which is a real cost and is best answered by finishing what depends on the eleventh house before that evening.

Everything above is computed for a whole sign, which is thirty degrees of sky and a great many different lives. Which of the nine Tula padas holds your natal Moon, where Venus, the Sun and Jupiter sit in your own chart, and which dasha is running decide how much of it reaches you. For more, read October’s reading, what Tula Rashi settles and what the pada decides, and our page on the Sun in Vedic astrology.

A debilitated Sun on your sign, and a Full Moon opposite it

How much a receding solar debilitation actually costs you, and whether the seventh-house Full Moon of the fourteenth is a decision or a disclosure, depends on which pada holds your natal Moon and where the Sun and Venus sit in your own chart.
