Rahu ki Drishti: Rahu and Ketu Aspects, 2026-2028

Rahu ki Drishti Kitni Hoti Hai? (राहु की दृष्टि)

The question has no single answer, and the site’s planet table does not pretend otherwise. Its two entries, printed exactly:

• Rahu: “Traditions differ — many follow Jupiter's 5th, 7th and 9th; classical texts give Rahu no aspect at all”
• Ketu: “Traditions differ; classical texts give Ketu no aspect of its own”

So on the classical side, Rahu has no drishti at all; on the other, many practitioners give it Jupiter’s three. The calculators and pages on this site compute no aspect for either node. The aspect list they share gives Rahu and Ketu an empty set, and the note beside it explains why: the tradition does not agree that the nodes aspect, so the site reports the disagreement rather than printing houses it could not defend. What follows works out the one variant the table names for Rahu, because it is the version the plural in “rahu ki drishtiyan” points to. Treat it as arithmetic on a contested rule, not as the site adopting the rule.

Rahu and Ketu Stay Opposite, So Rahu’s 7th Is Ketu’s Sign

Across all of 2026, 2027 and 2028 the ingress table has no moment at which Rahu and Ketu are anywhere but opposite each other. They change sign on the same day, in three stretches over the three years. Their rows are mean-node values, a formula rather than an observed position, so every date on this page that a Rahu or Ketu move decides is soft by up to a day.

Because the two never separate, the middle sign of the last column is always Ketu’s own: under the variant, Rahu’s 7th lands on Ketu in every stretch. The 5th and 9th complete a trine with Rahu’s own sign: Taurus and Virgo through the long Capricorn stay. The Rahu-Ketu transit page covers the same move from the side of each Moon sign.

Which Grahas Sit in Those Signs

From 26 October 2026 to the end of the table, these are the stretches in which another graha occupies a sign that is 5th, 7th or 9th from Rahu. The Moon is left out; it passes through every sign each month, so it sits in each of the three every month. A 7th-house row is also a row in which that graha shares Ketu’s sign, and eleven of the 34 rows are of that kind.

Rahu ki Drishti Guru Par

Jupiter turns up in four of the rows. Jupiter’s entry into Leo on 31 October 2026 puts it 7th from an Aquarius Rahu until Rahu’s own move on 5 December 2026; the variant’s 7th then falls on Jupiter again from 25 January 2027 to 26 June 2027, when Jupiter is back in Cancer with Ketu. The 9th takes over from 26 November 2027 to 28 February 2028, and again from 24 June 2028 to 24 July 2028.

There is a reason the Jupiter rows mirror themselves. Jupiter’s own aspect falls on Rahu’s sign in exactly the same four stretches, and that is forced by the counting: the variant borrows Jupiter’s set, and that set reads the same counted from either end, so a Jupiter 5th, 7th or 9th from Rahu always has Rahu 9th, 7th or 5th from it. Rahu ki Drishti Shani Par: Only From June 2028

Through 2026 and 2027 the answer is no. Saturn spends that time in Pisces and Aries, and neither is 5th, 7th or 9th from Rahu while Rahu is in Aquarius or Capricorn. The first and only stretch in the table begins on 24 June 2028, when Rahu enters Sagittarius and Saturn, in Aries by then, becomes the 5th from it. It is still running when the table ends with 2028.

The reverse question needs no variant, since Saturn’s own aspects are not in dispute. Saturn’s 10th falls on Rahu’s sign while Saturn is in Aries and Rahu in Capricorn: from 3 June 2027 to 20 October 2027, and from 23 February 2028 to 24 June 2028. Ketu ki Drishti: The Table Names No Set

Ketu’s line is shorter than Rahu’s for a reason. It records that traditions differ and that the classical texts give Ketu no aspect of its own, and it stops there: no “many follow”, no borrowed set of houses. This page therefore computes nothing for Ketu’s drishti. “Traditions differ” says that other accounts exist; it does not say what they are, and this page does not fill the gap with one. The one thing the tables do fix is where Ketu is, and that is already in the stretch table above.

What This Page Does Not Do

Every row above is a count of signs. None of them is a reading: the page does not say what a Rahu aspect, real or variant, means for anyone, and it offers no remedy for one.
