Venus rules Tula Rashi, and at 8:06 am on Wednesday 15 December it crosses into Capricorn, your fourth house — home, mother, property, and the interior of your life. That is where your ruler spends the second half of the month, and it is not there alone.

Rahu has held that house all December, drifting backwards from 10°55′ to 9°17′. Around Thursday 23 December, Venus arrives at the node’s own degree, 9°44′ of Capricorn. And at 12:57 pm on Monday 27 December, Mars joins them, exalted from the moment it crosses the boundary.

A planet throws its fifth, seventh and ninth aspects, and from the twelfth house Jupiter’s fifth lands on your fourth. So the crowded house is under the benefic’s aspect every day of December.

That is the counterweight to the Venus–Rahu inflation, and it is the reason this page reads the fourth house as promising rather than dangerous. Jupiter’s other aspects from the twelfth fall on your sixth, where Saturn is, and your eighth, where the Full Moon lands on the 13th.
