Saturn counts the Moon an enemy while the Moon rates Saturn neutral. Parashari friendship is not symmetric — eleven of the twenty-one graha pairs rate each other differently in the two directions, and seven of those eleven are a one-sided enmity exactly like this one. If the appeal is blue sapphire itself rather than Saturn, its upratna is amethyst — a substitute of the same graha with a far milder effect, which is the usual compromise where the primary stone is contraindicated.

The Ascendants Blue Sapphire Reads Differently For

The same stone is not the same advice from every ascendant, and blue sapphire is a clear example. From Cancer it does not help.
