The 10th Lord in the 2nd House

The 10th lord in the 2nd house is the ruler of the 10th, the Karma Bhava, placed in the 2nd, the Dhana Bhava. The 10th is a kendra and an upachaya and the 2nd in none of them. Which graha that lord is depends on the ascendant, so the table below answers for all twelve.

Counted from the 10th, the 2nd is the 5th house, which from any house is a trikona position; counted back from the 2nd, the 10th is the 9th, a trikona position from it.

The Sun and the Moon rule one sign each, so for Libra and Scorpio, where one of them is the 10th lord, it rules no other house; for the other ten the last column gives the second house the 10th lord brings with it to the 2nd.
