• 1 January 2026 to 3 June 2027 — 518 days. This stretch was already running when the computed window opens, so its true start lies before 2026, after which Saturn moves on to Aries.
• 20 October 2027 to 31 December 2027, entered in retrograde motion. This stretch is still running when the computed window ends, so the exit falls after 2027 and no date for it is printed here.

Dates, not clock times, and deliberately so. Saturn crosses this boundary at well under a tenth of a degree per day, which means the exact instant of the ingress depends on which ayanamsa a table uses rather than on the solar system. The day is solid; a minute would be a decoration.

Saturn also combusts: within 15° of the Sun. A combust Saturn in Pisces is read as weakened whatever the dignity above says, which is the standard case where the textbook verdict and the actual sky disagree.

Reading Saturn in Pisces

Saturn signifies longevity, karma, labour, servants, old age, iron, coal, and delay itself. In Pisces those significations are filtered through a dvisvabhava water sign ruled by Jupiter, and the dignity above says how much support they get in the process. In a neutral sign they are neither helped nor hindered, which makes everything else in the chart decide.
