The 1st Lord for Pisces Ascendant: Jupiter
1st house = Pisces · lord Jupiter · also lord of the 10th
With Pisces rising, the 1st house is Pisces, the ascendant itself, and Pisces is ruled by Jupiter. So for Pisces ascendant the 1st lord is Jupiter, which also rules the 10th through Sagittarius: one graha holds the 1st and the 10th together for this ascendant. The 1st is a kendra and a trikona, and the 10th a kendra and an upachaya.
Jupiter is therefore the lagna lord of Pisces ascendant itself. The 1st’s matters are personal identity and life direction; with Pisces rising they sit in Pisces, a dual water sign that is the 12th of the natural zodiac.
