Ketu in the 5th House

• Ketu falls in Taurus, the 2nd on the commoner reckoning — a square, both of them kendra positions from the 5th.
• Bhavat bhavam from the 5th gives the 9th, fortune, dharma, higher education, father, long-distance travel, gurus, philosophy — a Parashari extension, read as Ketu’s secondary indicator for the same matters.

The body reading. The 5th bhava is upper abdomen, stomach, liver, gallbladder and the heart region, and Ketu is assigned no organ at all. The tradition gives Ketu symptoms instead of tissues, and the list recorded for Ketu is undiagnosable illness, skin disease and immune disorder.
