The 9th Lord for Aquarius Ascendant: Venus
9th house = Libra · lord Venus · also lord of the 4th
With Aquarius rising, the 9th house is Libra, the 9th sign counted from Aquarius, and Libra is ruled by Venus. So for Aquarius ascendant the 9th lord is Venus, which also rules the 4th through Taurus: one graha holds the 9th and the 4th together for this ascendant. The 9th is a trikona, and the 4th a kendra.
