The 11th Lord for Capricorn Ascendant: Mars
11th house = Scorpio · lord Mars · also lord of the 4th
With Capricorn rising, the 11th house is Scorpio, the 11th sign counted from Capricorn, and Scorpio is ruled by Mars. So for Capricorn ascendant the 11th lord is Mars, which also rules the 4th through Aries: one graha holds the 11th and the 4th together for this ascendant. The 11th is an upachaya, and the 4th a kendra.
The lagna lord, Saturn, counts Mars an enemy, while Mars counts Saturn neutral: for Capricorn ascendant the 1st and 11th lords do not see each other the same way. The 11th’s matters are income and gains, friends and networks, aspirations and elder siblings; with Capricorn rising they sit in Scorpio, a fixed water sign that is the 8th of the natural zodiac.
Scorpio as the 11th House of Capricorn Ascendant
Scorpio exalts no graha in signs.js, so no graha is exalted in the 11th for Capricorn ascendant; it debilitates the Moon at 3°, so the Moon is debilitated in the 11th.
