The 7th Lord for Leo Ascendant: Saturn
7th house = Aquarius · lord Saturn · also lord of the 6th
With Leo rising, the 7th house is Aquarius, the 7th sign counted from Leo, and Aquarius is ruled by Saturn. So for Leo ascendant the 7th lord is Saturn, which also rules the 6th through Capricorn: one graha holds the 7th and the 6th together for this ascendant. The 7th is a kendra, and the 6th a dusthana and an upachaya.
The lagna lord, the Sun, and the 7th lord, Saturn, count each other an enemy for Leo ascendant. The 7th’s matters are spouse or partner, marriage, business partnerships and public relations; with Leo rising they sit in Aquarius, a fixed air sign that is the 11th of the natural zodiac.
Aquarius as the 7th House of Leo Ascendant
Aquarius exalts no graha in signs.js, so no graha is exalted in the 7th for Leo ascendant, and it debilitates none. The house holds Dhanishta (padas 3 and 4), Shatabhisha (all four padas) and Purva Bhadrapada (padas 1, 2 and 3), whose lords are Mars, Rahu and Jupiter; Saturn rules none of them. Opposite, across the chart, the 1st holds Leo, ruled by the Sun.
Where Saturn Is Strong and Weak, as Houses of Leo Ascendant
Counted from Leo, Saturn is exalted in the 3rd, debilitated in the 9th, and in its own sign in the 6th and the 7th. Exaltation and debilitation are always six signs apart, so for Leo ascendant the 7th lord’s best and worst houses face each other across the chart.

Saturn Through the 7th and Its Exaltation House, 2026–2028
